There were four of us. The reception process on arrival was a bit strange and unusual. The room itself is in the heart of the old town in a beautiful and magical location. The room is big and spacious and had the biggest bed I have ever slept in. One of the air conditioners did not work which made the space impossible to stay in, in southern Italy during the summertime. The toilet and shower room were small, not spacious and not comfortable and there was difficulty in flushing the water in the toilet.
