Hotel with great reception service and good size of the spaces I fully share the note on the need to renew the bathrooms. Let's not forget to be faced with a category 4 — Four stars. The price matches the category but the bathroom and the dated and gloomy environments like the lobby, the x-room breakfast and the bathrooms should be adjusted to the category… split tiles and mold between some escape I wouldn't say belong to a 4 star.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, cosy and functional rooms, great cleanliness, located very close to the old town, above average breakfast, free indoor parking. Great restaurant! One of the few flaws is that the breakfast room, lobby and restaurant are dimly lit by sunlight so they look a bit gloomy… Good value!

Great compromise between quality and price. Breakfast is free and varied with various omelettes and cakes with more flavors. The rooms are clean with standard size. Bus garage and very large and good quality restaurant. Location a bit off compared to other hotels although always in the center. To be booked in advance. Occupied in part by police forces staying by convention in the facility.

Hotel in the city center, the DRC restaurant are still old-style, the well soundproofed rooms completely renovated to the new standards of modern style. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean and fine Hotel One note: If you want to rest in the morning take it out of your head. The staff who rassetta the rooms is noisy and loud. During the cleaning of the adjoining rooms, it looks like a moving company, so if you plan to sleep, take seriously the idea of changing hotels.

Clean and comfortable rooms. I do not share the criticism on the bathrooms (I do not see why a hoter should renew, following the fashions, the taps every ten years). The service is good: maximum availability from almost the entire team (especially, reception, in the person of Mrs Clare, person endowed with an intrinsic elegance, extreme courtesy and willingness and a strong vocation towards this Professional sector).
Good restaurant (eye that the menu is very varied and therefore you are likely to slip from well-managed dishes to less happy dishes. The Sweets section, however, in my opinion, is to revisit a bit, I found them too "substantial" but… everyone has its taste. ) The parking capacity is a tad limited but, with some extra maneuvering and with the help of the staff, you can still find a place.

Es una experiencia interesante, las habitaciones estan super bonitas tal y cual muestra en las fotos. Lo unico raro es el servicio de restaurante que no es todo el día solo en las mañanas y en las noches. La verdad no se si cuentan con room service. El personal es muy amable y estan siempre a disposición. En cuanto a la ubicación esta muuuy cerca del centro histórico todo esta a 10 o 15 min caminando.

Appetizers are delicious and abundant. The style of a somewhat vintage dining room is often occupied by banquets and ceremonies. Very good value for money. I was in this hotel in occasion of a business meeting, my agency recommended me this hotel for the proximity to the place of appointment, and for the good relationship quality/price. Free parking, breakfast, a 10-minute walk from the historic centre. Maybe it will be a little bit old style aesthetically, but has its own charm. I interacted little with the staff because I have not had any problem and I have not had the opportunity to ask many questions. I had drinks in the mini bar included in the price (non-alcoholic)

What to say. Just wonderful, warm and cozy. 5 minutes walk from the center of Lecce. Spacious, clean and bright rooms. Polite professional staff and rapid on everything. The whole hotel shows the obvious professionalism of the workers. From housekeeping to the disposition of things. Excellent food with the head room and the kitchen manager, always attentive to the needs of each individual customer. Parking inside the hotel. Truly deserving.

Very clean and functional Hotel throughout. Excellent, breakfast buffet and also the menus offered in the restaurant. The jewel in the crown of this structure are the courtesy, the availability and especially the smile that is never missing on the face of this wonderful group of people who work there and that make the stay of every customer happy and serene.

Beautiful Hotel, with rooms furnished in a modern-classic style, are very spacious and the beds are very soft. Breakfast is buffet style, full of delights, ranging from pies to toast. The staff is very kind and always helpful. A perfect hotel in everything!

Really liked this hotel. It was slightly set back from the road but close to the centre of town. As with many Italian establishments there is a great attention to the aesthetic side of things _ carefully tended flower beds, bougainvillea, palm trees and roaring lions (statues! ). The foyer is elegantly welcoming all wood panelled with soft leather sofa. Very stylish and welcoming. Looked newly done. The rooms are spacious and very clean, a shower cubicle (no bath) but that is standard in Italian bathrooms. Personnel was smiling and friendly, breakfast was excellent — wide range of delicious pastries, cold meats, cheeses, croissants, chocolate cake, Apple strudel and much more. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with the tour group… Nice place, close to the centre of the town… Room was good, spacious but no view from window… Service was ok, could have been better, especially in the restaurant… Food was nice… I would go back…

Hotel very old, yet very elegant and stylish, I stayed there one night for a party and the setting was spacious and well cared for.

The room was quite spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds and pillows, large TV with digital terrestrial, breakfast with wide choice of food and drink, great cappuccinos and juices, also if you want to take for a ride this and the Hotel presidence of Lecce are the right places because we booked at the Agency and you are referred to the phones they send bales to Palms because if they keep good t presidence for other ke are more if you are from one night to three days v send away to another hotel using unnecessary and false excuses such as air conditioning that does not work, and then they send away in a lower-level d d anke if I pay for a greater bad.
