This place is an absolute gem and I would give more stars if I could! The location is very convenient to the town centre about a 5-10 minute walk away and there is free parking nearby. We had no trouble finding a spot even over the Easter weekend. The room was tastefully decorated with an in-room coffee machine and was very quiet. Rosario is a generous host — welcoming and very helpful. And the breakfasts, well, they are just delicious — fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs if you want them and local specialities. I hope to come again!
Rosario is the most gracious host, we very much enjoyed our stay. The place is very tastefully decorated, quiet and comfortable. Our breakfast selection was tailored to our taste, we enjoyed the attention to detail. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, I highly.

A two night stay, very close to the old walled town of Lecce. Street parking out the front, upstairs 2 flights me. Our room was large, well set out, with a small kitchenette and terrace access for breakfast. Great continental breakfast option. The room was a little noisy as it shares a common wall with the other room. Not a major issue, will depend on your neighbour and their coming and goings. The host was excellent, engaging, offering info on local spots, things to do. Overall excellent.
