B&B Centro Storico Lecce

This is a wonderful place to stay in Lecce. The location is right in the old town where you want to be. Filippo and Alberto were very helpful with our planning on what to do and where to get buses, trains etc. The cleaning staff were also wonderful. They even took our luggage up to our room via an interesting crane!
The building itself is like a museum. Our room, San Mateo, was gorgeous. Also the view from the roof top patio was spectacular. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend some time in Lecce.

We met with Alberto upon arrival and he was absolutely great. Spent time with us to introduce us to Lecce and give us advice about things to do and places to eat. The room we had was large with modest/basic furnishings but with great high ceilings. They provide you with tickets to get an Italian style breakfast not too far away and I can say the cafe had amazing pastries and coffee. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay because the air con simply wasnt working enough to cool the large room for it to be comfortable. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights but left after one. It had to be over 25 degrees in the room at night. We barely slept our first night because of the heat and booked a different hotel for our second night. We were in Italy for 3 weeks and this was the only place we had problems with the air con so had to book at the Hilton for a good nights sleep.

This is a really special place to stay. Huge rooms full of character in an old palazzo in the heart of the old town. The owner is fantastic and so helpful with advice. If you can book the roof terrace room do it — it opens onto a beautiful shared terrace with views across the town. We had a different room but also lovely and very large.

Centro Storico B&B has become a favorite place to stay in Lecce. I was in continuous communication with Filippo and Alberto, as I wanted to make sure that our group of eight had the best experience. The place is in a central location, a short walk from Piazza Sant’ Oronzo, and all the other landmarks of the city. The two brothers and their staff, Nora, and Francesco, are very professional, courteous, accommodating to any requests, and incredibly helpful & kind. All the rooms have comfortable beds – a must for a good sleep — and are renovated with modern amenities. The beautiful terrace with flowers and plants overlooks the belltowers and is a great place to relax, enjoy an aperitif or even practice yoga, as we did. The hotel provides daily coupons for a delicious breakfast at café Pinti, by Porta San Biagio. We loved our time here and will certainly return.

Updated charming accommodation. Large modern room with traditional effects. Great location—right in old town. Walk to all. Friendly, helpful staff. Made our stay in Lecce very enjoyable.

Fantastic stay in B&B Centro Storico. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and nice balcony, location is fantastic (close to all the good restaurants / bars) and there's a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunset and relax with a few aperitivo in the jacuzzi. Marco who works there did a great job making us feel welcome and was constantly on hand to give advice and answer questions. Respect 👊🏽

It is absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. Marco, Francesco and the lovely Nora where the best hosts. Would love to return to Lecce again and stay here. 3 nights was unfortunately not enough. It is located up a quite street right in the centre of Lecce. It has a beautiful roof top terrace and because we stayed in the rooftop suite, we also had a small private terrace with a hammock. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it. It doesn’t have a lift but they have a unique way of taking the luggage down😊

This is your home in Lecce! We had an amazing experience in Lecce largely due to the wonderful staff at this B&B! The accommodations, the service and the recommendations were top notch. The care, attention and responsiveness of Francesco (he greeted us), and the smile of our cleaning Norma made our stay magical! You can't beat this place!

We had a lovely stay at Alberto’s place. The rooms were spacious, tidy and good air conditioning. The terrace was even bigger than we had expected and we have enjoyed it a lot. The communication with Marco was very good and he was super helpful. Lecce is a beautiful city and the airbnb is in the center with walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My daughter was married in Lecce 2 weeks ago. We rented the top floor. It was the most amazing place. Spotless rooms, beautiful space. The hosts were very accommodating, and my daughter was in heaven. The nine crew staff showed up at 10:00 AM (Hair and Makeup), and we had an amazing morning. What a perfect place! We can't wait to go back, and see Alberto and Fillippi!

Apart from the historic building to say the least gorgeous! But the kindness of Philip and his brother is priceless! I recommend it if you are passing through Lecce.
