Disclaimer: Our visit was during the off season (February). There are also several different rooms that are rented by the same host on said location, so we can only comment on the one we got.
Starting with the check in, the host was prompt to provide us with information about obtaining our keys, on his own initiative, well in advance of our arrival.
The room was huge, essentially an entire apartment, two separate spaces, the one also housing the kitchen. The bathroom was also very spacious, recently renovated and absolutely spotless. Kitchen was fully equipped with cooking pots/skillets, utensils, kettle and traditional coffee maker and even sported a full scale gas stove. The entire residence was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Location is excellent. You are situated very close to the train station (ideal if you are using Lecce as your main hub for exploring the Puglia region) and the historic center is within short walking distance. Mazzini square, essentially the center of the new town, is also near.
We had no issues with noise (again, your mileage may vary depending on when you visit). If there is one thing missing, it’s a knife that actually cuts.
For the price of the room, this is an absolute bargain. Highly recommended.
The location of this B&B was great for me. Lecce is a small city so it's 5 min away from the city center.
The flat was nice, it had everything I needed.
Sonia, who received me, was very kind, attentive and friendly. She gave me a great welcome.
The breakfast was very good in a little cafe downstairs (it is not a big breakfast, but a small one, but it is more than enough).
I cannot think of anything :).

When booking for the room, it’s unclear what room your getting compared to the description of the rooms. We believed we were getting a room with a kitchen but didn’t. Thankfully the staff were helpful and helped us to move into a room with a kitchen. The room was large, gas stovetop, and generally clean. Location is excellent, right on the fringe of the old town.
For long stays, there was no room cleaning or new towels provided — which is fine by us. However, at least a vacuum or dust pan and brush would be helpful for longer stays to keep the floor clean. The kitchen had good amount utensils but no cooking oil, and no cleaning supplies or cloths so any mess you make is hard to clean.
