We expected more from this apartment. When we first entered, there was a noticeable damp/musty smell, which was not a great first impression. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and looks good overall.
However, we had ongoing issues with the internet connection throughout our stay. We reported the problem shortly after arrival and followed up several times, but unfortunately it was never resolved before the end of our three-night stay.
While the apartment has its positive aspects, the unresolved internet issue and the unpleasant smell affected our overall experience.

The only way to access this property is by ID registration and self check in. The link sent to do this did not work at least three times, communication is appallling, no phone calls answered, after six or seven attempts to call them, all ignored.
Other people turned up later, who had the same problem, completely stressed and upset. The agency that runs this seem to have little interest in the people booking it. We had to resort to call Booking. Com who direct you to a call centre, who were unable to help us and kept us waiting for over 45 minutes before cutting us off on three occasions!
The issue is that this company does not want to deal with you, even though you have paid, until just before your check in time.
We would steer well clear of this property and the agency that run it.

They changed our reservation setup 20mins before the check in time. They cant communicate in English so we had to resort to Booking. Com to try to sort it out. Even they couldnt.
They informed us via message that instead of one room for four they gave us two double rooms. We were not couples — just 4 friends travelling together — so this was completely unacceptable, since the two rooms were not even next to each other.
When they sent us check in details, there were names of other people already in it. Meaning they had double booked our room. Eventually we couldnt check in until 7pm that night when we simply showed up and demanded to check in manually.
The 3rd bed was a kids bed that it was impossible for us to sleep on. The other room was several doors away, although they promised to put us next to each other.
They claimed the reason for the change was plumbing issues. While staying we realised they simply wanted to install a TV in the room and add couple of carpets. There was a TV technician in there and no sign of plumbing issues.
We read that they have done the same to other travellers. So, prefer to avoid so that they dont ruin your LEcce experience like they did with us.
Very frustrating overall, I think they are very unprofessional.
