We were on a Trip A Deal, time was against us, and we desperately required our laundry.
We enquired at reception and was advised to leave our washing & laundry form on the bed.
We arrived back after a day touring to find the laundry bags had been lifted off the bed to have our bed made.
When we enquired at reception, we were bluntly told that housekeeping has gone home.
Next day we were leaving for a cruise & needed washing of clothes.
We were looking for a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in Lecce and this place met those requirements, and more. It's new, modern and clean, rooms are nice and well appointed, the bed was comfortable, ac quiet and didn't blow right on you. A small fridge. Toilet, squirt gun and a bidet, hair dryer. Complimentary water would have been nice. And a few pictures on the wall, but minor issues. There was free parking, an elevator, and close to the historic center with a bus stop just across the street. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, especially the coffee. The staff were very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

They were rude. The towels ecery day (4days) was dirty with blood or something else.
