Torre Assunta Hotel

Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel—everything was well-maintained and service was generally up to standard. However, the coffee served at breakfast was a major disappointment. It had a distinctly bad, almost salty taste—truly the worst coffe I’ve ever had. When I mentioned it to the barista, he simply shrugged and said, “I know, it’s because the water is salty. ”
For a hotel that markets itself as 5-star, this is quite surprising and unacceptable. It’s unclear why such an obvious issue hasn’t been addressed. A simple solution—like using filtered or bottled water for coffee—could make a big difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as it affects the overall guest experience.

What an amazing hotel, on arrival the reception team were so friendly, and attended to our every need and question.
The rooms were outstanding in comfort and cleanliness. It's so nice to have a room that has a large bed and is modern in style, it made us feel so welcome.
The restaurant staff were also very efficient and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice, I especially enjoyed the prepared fresh fruit. We also had two meals in the restaurant which were of a very high standard.
We only stayed for three nights, but having been so well looked after we shall definitely return for longer.

Very nice structure, with a beautiful swimming pool and excellent designer furniture.
We with children preferred to stay in the Masseria area where there are accommodations equipped with a kitchenette and a large outdoor porch with tables and sofas. The rooms are equipped with everything you need including excellent quality dishes.
During the stay there were some unforeseen events but everything was resolved thanks to the availability of the girls at the reception and the manager.
I thank Marco the handyman and Gianni the gardener for their constant attention.
The structure however cannot in my opinion be considered a 5 star. Many services need to be improved (cleaning, Wi-Fi, quality and quantity of breakfast products, dirt paths etc. )

I'm giving this hotel 3.5 stars instead of 5 because, although it has great potential, there are too many small imperfections that need to be addressed.
**Pros:**
— The rooms are spacious, modern, and new.
— The pool is good, but there are very few sunbeds available.
— The location is peaceful and just a few minutes drive from the beaches and town center. However, if you plan to visit Gallipoli by car at night, parking is almost impossible.
**Cons:**
— We arrived by car and were met with a large closed gate and no clear instructions on how to enter. It took four calls to reception before someone finally answered and provided the gate code. This was even though we arrived at 1 p. M. For a 3 p. M. Check-in. Clearer instructions or better availability at the front desk would have been appreciated.
— During check-in, they asked for full credit card details, which made me uncomfortable. Thankfully, they also accept cash deposits as an alternative. I forgot to withdraw cash, but they didn't insist, which was a relief.
— The breakfast was very average for a 5-star hotel. Many items ran out quickly, and you had to wait for the waitstaff to replenish them. The coffee seemed to be made with salty tap water.
— The room cleaning schedule was inconvenient. On the first day, our room was cleaned at 6 p. M. Which was not ideal since we needed fresh towels after returning from the beach.
— Shampoo and soap were not refilled unless requested, which meant calling reception.

Wonderful structure a stone's throw from Gallipoli and Baia Verde. Beautiful pool and wonderful furnishings, large spaces and very kind staff. One note on the management of the cleaning service and some shortcomings in breakfast but it is understandable for a structure that was opened in May. In any case every small problem was always resolved in an excellent and professional way, consequently I feel like giving my best to this wonderful structure anyway. I am sure that with time it will become an excellence among the 5-star hotels in the area. No negative notes on the fundamental aspects of the stay. Goodbye.

If you are looking for relaxation and relaxation you are in the right place.
Breakfast is buffet style and varied for all tastes. Special mention for the very helpful and caring staff. The butler is indescribably friendly.
10m from the center of Gallipoli for beautiful lively evenings.
Please note, you still need a car to be able to get around the hotel easily. Parking within the hotel infrastructure so no parking worries.
I hope this hotel remains as magnificent in the years to come.

A relaxing holiday is guaranteed in this hotel. A beautiful and clean hotel with a breathtaking atmosphere. We immediately felt very comfortable because everything in this hotel was just right. The staff/hotel manager are very friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms and facilities are very clean and thought out down to the smallest detail. Here you can simply feel good. The breakfast also leaves nothing to be desired, especially the fresh salmon is a culinary delight. Thank you for this great time. We'll definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this new hotel! The complex is beautiful, especially the large, well-kept pool is a highlight. The rooms are modern and very clean. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly and committed staff, who always strive to fulfill our guests' every wish. The hotel manager is very customer-oriented and also very accommodating. Absolutely recommended!

The entire team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The property is a jewel, with its blend of manicured and wild gardens. Fantastic beach clubs are a 7 minute drive away while the pool available onsite is an oasis 💕
The rooms are stylish and comfortable with all the amenities provided.
