We found our stay to be mixed, the hotel is very nice, beautiful rooms, but there are NO services offered, not even a bottle of water in the room. The shower gel offered in the bathrooms is clearly refilled as the bottles are broken and cracked. There are no full length mirrors either. Apart from the rooms being nice, I would not return here as it lacks any special touch or attention from the owners.
Magnificent! Top location in old town of Gallipoli. The suites a very spacious and personal decorated. The delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace unforgettable. The hosts, Andrea and Joanka, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic — we loved every minute of our stay. The owner (Roberta) was extremely helpful and the concierge (Yogi) worked very hard and prepared a great breakfast every morning. The character, charm and history of the Palazzio. The roof top was lovely and a great place to have an aperitif with the swallows and a late night drink before bed. Location was perfect — quiet at night, close to the best restaurants and easy access to everywhere else in the island. Can’t recommend it highly enough enough.
