The food is really poor inedible, the cook has to change profession never seen a restaurant with the poorest food of this,, improvised waiters who nn speak in Italian x me is zero.

Beautiful location. The food is basic, especially prior to 16/05 when it changed to buffet. Would 100% go back. Our balcony overlooking the sea was amazing 👏

The lady / ina Ilenia rude and incompetent wrong reservations also allows herself to say that it is a mistake of the system offending people who do not understand and therefore having to leave the room, at least the decency to admit to have made a mistake by apologizing 😡

My vote is 7, but let's go by order.
This place has many fortunes: it was born in a lucky place, that is, in a nature reserve with crystal clear sea and white sandy beaches. In short, a natural spectacle that would need little else. Instead I have to say that the owners have made an effort to put their own:
a swimming pool, an equipped beach, the restaurant, the pizzeria, the bar, the possibility of eating in the pine forest, accommodations, or rather a hotel, soccer and tennis courts, basketball court, equipped area for outdoor sports, yoga, etc.
The obvious problem is the management that all this entails.
Leaving the animation a little lacking this year because of the coronavirus, it is not clear why cleaning, all the more so in a post-pandemic period, leaves a lot, but much to be desired.
Dirty beach, full of cigarette bags, plastic, anything that no one cleans, or does, in a very superficial way; dirty rooms (at least Clean bagli as you should! ) ; chairs and tables of the various outdoor dining spaces all dirty.
Today in 5 minutes at the beach I filled a bucket, say a bucket, with garbage on the beach. When I finished I showed it to the manager's wife who responded by telling me that she is a user (dear lady like me on the other hand that I cleaned despite having paid for everything to be clean! ). Just arrived problems with the workers at the parking lot… Not tolerate in our midst, Ducato maxi, despite free places, we had to take it to another car park 50 m… to the restaurant menu only € 30 without the possibility of being able to eat only a first or another. Had dinner at 5 km… The TOP of the worst, we reach out to return the room (3rd floor) to the 22… the animation, the third world, with a volume RIDICULOUSLY high! … 22.30 music and scream a gogo animation… Not recommended…

Great location! The beach and view of the sea fantastic! You eat a lot of fish, fresh fish, the restaurant in the pine forest. Staff polite and helpful. A special greeting to Mino's Bistro Bar and all the waiters under the supervision of mr. Nicholas, and of course also to the animator. The location was perfect for the two weeks of vacation. The Ecoresort le Sirenè is a 3-star hotel with incompetent and uncivilized staff.

Really nice staff at reception. Beach beautiful, and hotel in beautiful spot. No restaurants, bars or options within walking distance, so you have to eat at the hotel if your not wanting to drive 10 minutes to Gallipoli. Loud music and lights on outside makes for a hard sleep. Not good with kids due to no other places nearby, a sit down 3 course meal at the hotel is a bit much to ask a 2yr old after a day at the beach. Would stay here again with no kids.

The staff were helpful if asked and the room was clean and spacious with twin single beds (I was by myself), however the room was cold (14c) and the climate control was dead. When I informed reception that the heating wasn't working, they told me that it was turned off from 1st April to 30 September and the best they could offer me was an extra blanket. If they had at least offered a small portable fan heater I would have at least been ok with the service, but in the end stripped everything off the 2ndnved and put it on mine to keep me warm enough to sleep. This shouldn't be happening in a resort like this.

Nice Hotel, Rooms are ok. It have a beautiful view and the beachs is really nice. Service was also ok, but not the best. They could serve more.

I stay here about a sport competition. The location is pretty, but the food isn't the best quality of this place. Bread and other products are feeling old, but the service of personal are good.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Beach near by. Breakfast and dinner Italian food. Don't expect European egg variants to be included. But you can order them separately. Nice place to stay with family.

We arrived at 1pm we had to wait for 4 hours as the check-in was at 5pm. The staff didn't even understand English. We didn't book for dinner so we had to take the only formula for 30 euros per person where the food and the service wasn't at all worth the price. Not possible also to order from a menu. No air conditioning in the rooms in may. The beach was not clean in mid may again. So to resume a good spot but definitely not worth the price.
