B&B Corte Casole

We had a lovely stay at Corte Casole and Mario is simply the best host you could hope for.
He was incredibly welcoming and helpful when we arrived, helping with parking in the restricted zone and explaining everything.
He doesn't speak any English so solely used Google translate to verbalise everything and it was perfect.
An ideal spot for one night, maybe two which is more than enough to explore Gallipoli, it's a small place so one is enough really.
Definitely stay here.

Mario is hands down one of the best hosts in Italy, if not all of Europe. Come to Gallipoli, but don’t stay anywhere else. The other reviewers are spot on.

Beautiful property located in the historic centre of Gallipoli. Breakfast is served in the courtyard each morning and includes a wide variety of fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. Mario (host) is simply incredible and will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, from booking restaurants to recommending beaches, etc. He will also accompany you to park your car to ensure everything goes smoothly. Truly a gem.

Beautifully clean bnb with comfy bed and everything you need. There's even an honesty box for buying water (50 Euro cent) bottles of beer (1.50). We had the room with the terrace which was a great addition.
He doesn't speak English but Google translates with style! I lost the tiniest part of my precious earring in the room and couldn't find it but Mario was on the case and found it! So grateful!

The location is perfect for exploring old town by foot. The rooms are very nice — great amenities, great breakfast. Mario is an incredible host — so inviting and accommodating — he has thought of everything. He is the best host we’ve ever had!

Amazing experience in such a beautiful setting, we were here for only one night as part of a bike tour of Puglia but could have stayed much longer. Mario was such a fantastic host and accommodation super clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a coffee and water after a long ride. He stored our bikes safely and had them ready the next morning just to jump on. Breakfast was delicious and he made a special effort to ensure my gluten free needs were well catered for. Perfect location in the heart of the old town. A little gem of a place, would definitely recommended. Perfecto, grazie mille!

Where to begin. This sweet place is a jewel in Gallipoli. The location couldn't be more perfect, situated across the street from the boardwalk with a beautiful view of the sea and a few bars to sit down and take in the coloutful sunsets every night. A few minutes from the Centro storico and a beach where we enjoyed swimming in the warm waters.
Centrally located, this bed and breakfast has beautifully decorated rooms. The breakfasts are served in a small courtyard which adds to the character of this place. Breakfasts are yummy with a large selection of drinks and pastries.
The host goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. He parks your car in a nearby parking lot and brings your luggage to your room. His suggestions for things to do in the area and places to eat are fantastic.
We were lucky to have found this place in Gallipoli.

Our room was large, comfortable and with our own outdoor courtyard.
Mario is a fabulous host, always available, serving drinks on arrival and a most delicious breakfast every morning. The local pastries were always fresh, the coffee fantastic and always a takeaway bag for later!
Mario helped us with restaurant recommendations which were the absolute best and also suggested amazing crystal-clear ocean beaches to visit and a boat trip around the tip of the boot!
We cant wait to return here with our family!

We arrived in the pouring rain and were greeted by our ever so pleasant and attentive host Mario who immediately added a ‘loading’ sign to our car and offered us coffee and water ahead of getting ourselves settled. He then accompanied us to the parking location and again in the pouring rain escorted us back to his lovely B&B. The property is conveniently situated, and extremely clean. Breakfast was excellent – fresh fruit, yogurt, and delicious pastries. Highly recommend this charming property.

Just amazing. Great assistance and directions to find the accommodation and help with parking your car. From the minute of arrival Mario does his utmost to make your stay as great as possible. He makes you a coffee of your choice and then explains everything you need to know about your room and his place, as in where to wash and dry any clothing or swim gear. He also has a supply of water, soft drinks and beers at very low cost. For the beach he will provide umbrellas. The accommodation is absolutely fantastic, spotlessly clean and of an extremely high standard. Breakfast is served in his courtyard and is extremely plentiful. All in all, just a superb place with a great host.

Everything was perfect. Mario the owner helped us find a parking, helped us with luggage, helped with restaurant tips and just was 100% perfect. Very friendly guy.
