Hotel Barsotti

Booked this place last minute, great location! Close to the station and young local pubs/restaurants.
Hands down the best service ever, The receptionist Vera was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, she's also great at recommending cool spots to be.
The room itself is good enough for the price! Would recommend!

Very peaceful sleep after a long journey from Canada. Morning coffee and breakfast was a nice start to the day. Pleasant people and very clean!

We stayed at the Hotel Barsotti at the end of August. We were very impressed with the owner and his team members. We had a large problem occur during our stay there and although the problem had nothing to do with the hotel Mr Barsotti, his daughter and his team members went away and above service and helped us resolve our problems. The problem occurred when my wife had to go to the hospital for tests after we were removed from a cruise ship. My wife had gone straight to the hospital and I registered at the hotel and dropped our suitcase off and then went to the hospital. After 10 hours of waiting at the hospital I went back to the hotel to get a change of clothing for my wife. I explained to Mr Barsotti what was happening and he telephoned the hospital and as soon as he had spoken to them my wife got attended to. We were unable to get back on the cruise and MR Barsotti's daughter arrange internal flights to Venice where we were going to continue our holiday.

Great location near the middle of town. Close to dining and shopping.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. Services are great and the staff are very friendly. I stayed two weeks and felt that I am at home. Highly recommended. The hotel is very close to the city center. Super market, shops and restaurants are very close. The port and the train station is very close.

The friendliness and availability of the staff were at the highest level. Central location but in a quiet area. Very clean, both the rooms and the reception and breakfast areas. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very good price. Simple furniture, but complete and clean. Bedside tables with drawers, equipped closed wardrobe, desk, TV, silent refrigerator, safe. Double windows. I will come back another time. Great location if arriving by train 4 minutes walk room was clean and comfortable with shutters and drapes to darken room reception was very helpful excellent English assisting with any simple requests even translation of Italian to English when booking a ferry break fast was nice continental with great coffee.

The hotel look a little old, but the bed is great, everything is very clean, breakfast is very good with excellent coffee and the staff is very kind. Location is perfect, near the train station and 10 minutes from Brindisi airport by bus.

We stayed at Barsotti 5 times in the past year. What a great place on this globe! Each time we were greeted warmly. Safe and supportive environment. When we needed anything we were helped immediately. The staff is very sweet and professional. It comes truly recommended! Ankie and Jac from the Netherlands.

I stayed here for a week to attend official meetings and was pleasantly surprised by this family-managed hotel. Staff were very helpful and serves with a smile — unlike most local establishments. Hotel room was small but comfortable, and cleaned daily without having to request. Towels are replaced daily. Breakfast buffet is also impressive for a three-star establishment. Will definitely recommend.
