Yes, private parking is available right in front of the property, directly adjacent to the rooms. Guests appreciate the convenience of the parking spaces and note that the area is monitored by video surveillance.

The staff are described as exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere. In particular, Luana and Tony are frequently praised for their care and professionalism. Late check-in is possible and proceeds smoothly. However, a few guests have noted that no one was on-site upon arrival, and communication with the staff is sometimes limited to Italian.

Breakfast arrangements receive varied feedback: some guests are provided with vouchers for the partner cafe Bar Izzo, located about half a kilometer away (which some guests prefer to drive to). Others mention a buffet breakfast served directly on-site, featuring warm croissants, fresh fruit, cakes, and coffee. There has also been a note regarding the lack of options for guests with sugar intolerance.

The owner's family runs the restaurant-pizzeria Piano B, located just a two-minute walk from the property. Guests highly rate the quality of the food, highlighting the delicious fish, meat dishes, and pizza, as well as the reasonable prices and authentic Apulian flavors.

The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator with two complimentary small bottles of water. At the same time, several guests noted the absence of an electric kettle in the room.

Reviews are mixed: some guests find the rooms well soundproofed, while others report noise from passing cars, particularly in street-facing rooms.

The rooms are newly renovated, tastefully decorated in a shabby-chic style, and kept exceptionally clean. The beds and memory foam pillows are described as very comfortable. However, there are remarks regarding the compact size of some rooms and an issue with rising dampness, which caused paint to peel at the base of the walls in a ground-floor room.

Many rooms feature balconies equipped with a table, chairs, and a convenient drying rack for beach towels and swimwear. Balconies also have glass doors and blinds to adjust the natural light in the room.

Cleanliness at the property is rated very highly, with guests describing it as spotless and impeccable. Guests appreciate the thorough cleaning of both bedrooms and bathrooms, along with daily bed linen changes and pleasantly scented towels.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Windowless bathrooms are fitted with exhaust fans for ventilation.

Rooms are equipped with all essentials: a TV, air conditioning, and a small refrigerator. Bathrooms provide all basic necessities, although some guests noted a lack of shelving for personal toiletries and a limited supply of toilet paper for short stays.

The property provides extra beds upon request, although one guest mentioned that the third bed was somewhat uncomfortable.
