Hotel all in all good. Clean and comfortable rooms.
On the list of things it offers it says that parking is free and the refrigerator is present in the room, instead the parking is offered at 5 E. Per day (by the miss of the reception) and the refrigerator is a cooled car (this too was I explained at the front desk.
As for the parking is also well located in the nearby streets.
Breakfast is decent, a 4 star should offer more.
We chose the overnight formula and 1st breakfast and for a short stay I recommend it.

Unfortunately I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel only one night however I had time to get to know the nice and very nice owner. The room was comfortable and spacious and the food quality. In addition, the building is located near the shrine of Father Pio. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent property, very friendly staff and helpful. Great cleanliness and service. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Lunch is also great with a wide choice of both first and second dishes. Comfortable rooms equipped with television and air-conditioned air. Clean bathroom.

This was the best hotel I stayed in Italy, on a trip that took us from Rome to Rotondo, Loreto, Subiaco… this was the most pleasent one. Highly recommended for their hospitability, the accomodations and also the food — both dinner and breakfast.

Hotel held up well to cleaning rooms, maybe the breakfast was supposed to be a little more varied and top quality, very helpful to me; even if you can do a lot better.
