Unique location, beautiful rooms in the midst of a secular olive grove.
Friendliness and hospitality at the top.
Good kitchen…

Last summer we at this hotel with my family. My two children ages 7 and 9 years old they loved it because you were the sea and the swimming pool between morning and afternoon. The place is very pleasant. Large areas of greenery, the pool very great no schedules. Excellent hospitality. Mrs. Mary is yummy and always available to recommend escursionei and fix a few minor problems. The proximity of the country allows you to go out every night to follow the shows or just for ice cream. By the way there is a great gelateria. I say we had a good time even though it was August and there was hot but the air has greatly helped. The staff more than up to the eat which has varied for all our fourteen days. Good service and excellent local dishes and frying. Recommend it to everyone. We have made one with a fishing boat that took us to the Tremiti Islands memorable. We already booked for August this year. Ask Luke.

Do a star just for the fact that in this '' hotel '' and three stars, the overall service has a quality equal to 0!
As hygiene service had to get rolls of toilet paper; dirty tablecloths let ashore for two days (hygiene apparently is optional)
Sheets never changed, from a quadruple room with 4-poster beds we wound up sleeping on the couch with his feet outside, because small.
How very poor room cleaning service.
Flying tubes in the pedestrian area.
Exhaust pipe of the air conditioner put at the door of the room, so you had to be careful not to slip on the water.
Ashes, weeds etc.
Table cloth for the various meals left always the same for every day spent in here we stayed.
The buffet consisted only tomatoes and salad every day, lunch and dinner.
ZERO entertainment.
The shuttle was supposed to bring 9 people carrying 20 minimum, herded like beasts.
On déplian the sea was at 500 mt, instead it was 2, 3 km.
Breakfast disgraceful, and I don't want to say more.
who enjoyed it or writes positive reviews about it evidently never saw different places or simply better.
do not recommend to t-u-t-t-i.

I stayed in your hotel from 08/08 to 15/08 included, starting on 16/08 in the morning.
My return was obligated because I received call from urgent shelter my father in the hospital.
I noticed on your part much indifference about how that happened, (sorry, Goodbye) to my request if it was possible to get a refund for the days lost was told:
THAT WASN'T YOUR COMPETENCE AS I HAD BOOKED WITH AGENCY HAD TO ASK THE OWNER OF THE AGENCY MADAM LUCIA.
For them there I thought it was very strange though when I had other problems on your mind …
Back home, after having paid a visit to my father in the hospital, the following day I contacted Mrs. LUCIA, not being at the agency I spoke to an employee who told me that they are not required to give ANY REFUND BECAUSE the money PAID IN ANTICIPATION by ME were already IN YOUR POSSESSION …,
This has me very upset as there shakes so responsibility for something that was your competence … I would rather hear from you, that AS a STRUCTURE NOT REFUNDED anything. You would have done more good impression …
I would have some notes to do regarding the services YOU INDICATED on YOUR SITE:
. It is reported the shuttle service from/to the Center (I did request and your response was we do not No Shuttle, the Agency was wrong to report that service) communicated in Agency responded that they propose what you write you on the site (I checked and verified)

Well we coped well, cute place held up well, well disposed and kind … I would recommend.

We stay at in late June — my husband, myself and a couple of friends, and we enjoyed it but not great. Large variation of all the staff, especially front desk ladies, especially Mary. Very friendly atmosphere, all pretty clean, nice pool, good value for money, I hope to be back!
