I was there there. Week from 27 to 3 August for the first. Turn them to the sfinal and I can say that everything was perfect a well-kept personal residence available very clean rooms a panoramic view of the sea the beautiful beach with well spaced sun beds a spectacular sea and the animation well present that say the sfinal residence is available in everything I would gladly come back there especially because for children it is perfect.

Excellent initial communication via email. Upon arrival they were very courteous and helpful and in case of necessity they were ready to solve our every problem. The property has a large parking under a pine forest. There are two swimming pools very clean lots of sun loungers around and we never had problem to find the place. The villas are clean and equipped with everything needed for the stay. You can dine al fresco under the veranda. The beach is of sand and is two minutes drive away. In the beach there is a part reserved for our friends the animals are accepted in the structure. The bar in the morning to fresh croissants for a very low price. Personally, I have also recommended it to other friends this residence, and certainly in the future I will come back to stay there.

Very good welcome, residence spotlessly clean, great pools and immaculate. The property is surrounded by greenery and the beach is wide. And' possible to stay with your pet, and you can take it on the beach in an air dedicated. Bar overall rating I recommend everyone to go there. My vote is 5 star.

The place from the unique charm and magic. Wonderful beach, very well maintained, staff friendly and very helpful. Almost a corner of paradise.

Always beautiful. Great welcome and young and playful entertainers. Beautiful solutions in both cottages and apartments.

Great structure consisting of apartments and villas. Wonderful location located between Peschici and Vieste. It does not have a beach, but the management provides shuttle service to the beach of another structure (Water Cave), located a couple of kilometers away. The only note: lack of bidet in some accommodations. Very quiet place.

Nice place, but with some flaws.
Animation, equal to 0, if nn x Children, with some extra regard. You pay x the final cleaning, 36 th, and we just arrived we found the house full of hair, and then we cleaned it all over again.
Walking ants, x that we had to equip ourselves with insecticide. And nn we missed not even a scorpion, always inside the house, x who I took pictures.
It's uncomfortable that nn has its own entrance to the sea, but you have to take a shuttle that takes you to another campsite, to which the beach rests x. There was to be a chance, paying to have a TV in the house, or at least it was written on the site, but nn it was possible, and also absurd that x having a fan you had to pay 10 euros a day, when with 10 euros you buy it. Very uncomfortable bed, with mattress that also sucked a little to look at it that gave me back pain x all week. And also x qst nn, I was looking forward to leaving. Wifi with very limited coverage, in fact nn I didn't even have the pleasure of connecting, if nn x My 39Gb of my carrier. Gate open at night, and therefore anyone could enter and exit without being seen. And if I keep going, I still have something to say. Overall my rating is mediocre!. I was in a 2nd hotel last year in Ibiza, truly worthy of a 4th. This x me was 1st. Nothing more!. In the meantime, I personally advised against it! I camped 5 years ago in a campsite a few meters from here, and in a tent, but well equipped, I was much, but much better.

We are backpackers, but this year for the convenience of the child we chose a residence believing to avoid especially the animation. Those animators who pull you by the arm, who escaped even before they arrived. And instead to great surprise thanks to the enthusiasm of the animators and the way to approach people on tiptoe, without invading we spent an unexpected week. The guys were great, involving many different people, in only four animators, you lose more young is not a joke!
we thank and wish each of them to maintain the same grit and enthusiasm that are the main ingredients for a peaceful life.
Surely thanks to the boys my son will remember the dip in the pool with Simone, the smiles of Arianna, the dances of David and the stars taken from the sky and given to Amelia.

The residence is more than enough. Ideal for families and for a relaxing holiday. Featuring unguarded parking, swimming pools, showers. Inside there is a small market where you can buy basic necessities. The apartments are more than enough but without everything. From sheets to a simple roll of toilet paper. You have to bring everything from home or ask the residence for the supply by paying extra. The staff is quite distracted and disorganized. Overall good.

A beautiful holiday! Wonderful place nestled in a pine forest. Breathtaking views overlooking the sea with fabulous rooftop pool. Animation never intrusive with really top guys. Apartments not very large but with everything you need. Market inside with decent choice of products and prices that are lower than many supermarkets. Large parking and included in price. We have paired the beach of calalunga that can be reached with a 5-minute drive or by wanting with the shuttle made available for free. Beautiful beach and stocked with everything. From the restaurant to the showers. Waking up with that gorgeous sea view and dining on the spacious veranda was a great relaxation. Inside there is also a bar and restaurant run by simple and heartfelt people. It was like being at home. I highly recommend this place to all the people and families who want to relax and enjoy the sea. All well maintained and clean. Fish and Vieste 2 rare pearls… reachable in half an hour of road not very accessible. I recommend to taste the paposcia, very good local dish! The nearest outdoor market is about 7 km away… so it's good to make a nice stash of food if you don't want to buy everything in the internal market.
The only flaw. That's certainly not the residence's fault. It's the virtually total lack of health care… the hospital is an hour and a half drive away and the 2 nearest towns have a virtually useless 118. That's the only thing that's wrong with these areas.

Wonderful location, breathtaking view, all friendly and helpful. I felt at home. The cleanliness of the rooms. Animation: Giorgia, Simone, David, Amelia, you're the top you're in my heart. Children behaved, very young but very skilled in their work. Deserving of every good thing. A suggestion to the owners: invest a little more to the animation, their means were very poor, almost non-existent, they have done more than what they could. A hug also to Matthew, Mara, Elia, Francesco of restaurant wonderful people.

The view is the thing that strikes you first, but I can assure you that the apartments are new and supremely clean, the market inside is all at very reasonable prices. I recommend it to all especially families with children, because with the guys of the animation you forgot about it. Beautiful holiday, which will continue.

To avoid DSL 26/08/2017 boring, without animation, without a minimum of music, too quiet gloomy vaults, very small apartments. Very small pool hours, not to mention the most important health service absent in all senses, in fact I had to go away in advance because of my little girl's fever. Shuttle at established times but in the end he did as he pleases. The service had to be continuous but if waiting we were in two or three was not leaving. Clean pool. Away from Peschici and Vieste supermarket at about 12km and the nearest convenience store was shooting prices for more than 300%. The owners absent and also the management. I will no longer go to this residence but not in the whole Gargano.

I stayed from 19/08/17 to 26/08/17 the place is nice but the problem is that you think too much to respect the time of silence and not at all to the fun. There is no entertainment there is no music or way to cheer up a bit of the day. The staff is a unique rudener. There is no near life for anything you need to do 15 km. I don't think I'll go back.

Small, tidy and clean Residence. Wonderful location, perched on the sea. Many rooms have sea view terrace (surcharge). Free shuttle that transports you to water cave dive there is the beach equipped and the entertainment. Beautiful the two pools, of which the largest with a fantastic panorama on the sea.

No market.
The residence is built uphill and people with wheelchairs or heavy strollers may have difficulty.

This is the 5 year where I my wife Donatella first alone then with my granddaughter Geneva we go for vacation. And a great place to spend a relaxing holiday. Wonderful landscape both in the surroundings and in the descent to reach your accommodation. Located halfway between Peschici and Vieste in the midst of a wonderful nature. Can't wait to go back. Next year and a great salute to Libera and Rocco always available for any need.
