Our usual stay of 3 weeks, but this time we celebrated a magnificent event.
We trusted the palace for our wedding.
It was beautiful, the setting is sumptuous, the old and new staff are very nice.
Thanks to Matteo the waiter, to Michela, our little pearl ❤️.
Anne Maria who knew how to manage everything perfectly.

Housekeepers do their job well.

Large hotel with different types of rooms, we had a suite, really spacious comfortable and quiet. Outdoor pool with many sunbeds, manicured spa with different types of sauna, emotional showers, whirlpool, great massages. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast table should perhaps be placed in a larger room and a greater organization of the staff. Wi-Fi coverage almost absent, it was a continuous loss of signal.

We spent our holidays from 30 July to 6 August at the Norman Slais
Structure within the San michele palace hotel complex
We had a great time, nice clean and spacious room with Umbrian forest view terrace
The pool area and spa are nice and well maintained.
The view is spectacular and in the evening during dinner (served in an elegant room) and then later in the gardens there is Mr. Michele who cheers guests with beautiful music and beautiful songs.
The beach is privately equipped within the bay village of Monaco which is part of the hotel group.
It is located about 15 km from Mount St. Angel and is reached in half an hour's road.
The village is manicured and clean and the beach is very nice. Parking for those like Us used their own vehicle is safe because inside the village.
We have a dog that had access to the whole property, to the beach, but not to the restaurant.
This was not a problem since she remained quiet in the room.
At reception the staff are attentive and kind. A special greeting to Mr. Easter who helped us in a problem we had.

Amazing view and well-furnished hotel. Friendly staff. Some details during meals must be improved for a place of this category: quality of raw pasta, the waiters are professional but run too fast like in a diner.

Hotels with spa and outdoor pool; very convenient to visit both the village and the shrine. It would need some renovation (the x example carpet is a bit old). Good and varied breakfast, I did not try the restaurant (possible half board, to be decided even from day to day). Private parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Nice view, clean room and beautiful balcony. The pool water could have been warmer … and the shower didn’t have enough water pressure.

We had two very relaxing days… The room was very simple, maybe a little extra cleaning, the hotel was generally nice, maybe we would need a small renovation however it is very quaint. The spa is gorgeous and he doesn't miss anything really very comfortable. Now let's move on to dinner, we ate great both days, from the first to the sweet all exquisite. The staff were very friendly. What to say, to definitely come back.

Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Manfredonia. Great hotel, attentive and caring staff.

I stayed there one night, without the possibility — due to the arrival time — to take advantage of the spa, which could have a slightly wider opening hours, and I must say that I was able to enjoy a very nice view of the Gulf, of a double room well equipped kitchenette and clean and a small, independent terrace that makes all the difference. Very helpful staff I would see only one aspect of the room I used, the superabundant presence of sofas that, actually, reduces the space available. I will definitely go back, maybe coming up a little earlier in order to try the spa.

Rooms large comfortable beds and big bathroom… good kitchen and friendly staff just a stone's throw from the center. It has a beautiful panoramic view. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. The only negative is that being located in Monte Sant'Angelo so very high the water of the pool is always freezing even when there are torrid temperatures and in fact we could not use. They should consider a water heating system… For the rest it is worth spending a few days. Fair prices.

Excellent Location The structure is a renovated old slaughterhouse with all the comforts the terraces overlooking the sea make all the difference! Nice and elegant rooms ours also had the panoramic terrace! The spa is a little small with Miss Rottermeier to check any of your moves! The food is typical of the hotels!

The location is beautiful and has a great view being at the top of the mountain. The food was very tasty and I enjoyed the spa very much. I'll surely go there once again.

I spent a night in this hotel taking advantage of a coupon that included overnight, SPA from 75 ', aperitif, dinner and breakfast. The hotel is very well cared for outside, with small gardens, and a covered parking place for the guests. The room was clean and quiet, but did not enjoy a nice view as the window overlooked an inside balcony and on the other rooms. The SPA was complete with swimming pool with water jets, Jacuzzi, emotional showers, two types of sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation room. At the end of the course, as usual, we were offered a herbal tea of your choice. There is a rooftop pool available for guests. Before dinner we were offered an aperitif that we could consume in the indoor room or on the terrace but, thanks to the mild temperatures of that period, the choice of the panoramic terrace was more than due. Dinner was served in an old hotel room quite informal and provided starter, first and second with side dish. The wine list offers a fair selection of wines, mostly local, but most likely to be rincarati. Anyway it was a nice dinner. Icing on the cake, the breakfast that was served in a covered terrace sea view; It included a large buffet of sweet and savory dishes as well as fruit and juices. The coffee, however, was prepared by the very kind waiters and served at the table. The whole stay was more than enjoyable. Recommended.

Either saying (Palace Hotel). We had booked 14 nights after 9 nights we made the decision to repartire, because lots of smoke and no sparks may be a lot of powder to the eyes. Food and shellfish!? Frozen Navete for transport to the sea!? Ghost breakfast!? Canned fruit salad juice brick the Wi-Fi catastrophe. A country like Italy or the fruits and fish you find them at every corner. For a Palace Hotel 4 stars HA! Ha! Ha!

Ac didn't work and changing the room was a 2 hour wait. Wi fi did not work either… Now the plus side, the private beach area is extremly good therefore im giving the hotel 4 stars. Some pictures are posted for you to see. I can't repeat enough the wi fi is worthless and I needed whats left of my data for other things. The food was good not great but was edible for sure.

Weird layout of the hotel and rooms. Bed is fine but not really very comfy. Bugs everywhere but that's not their fault, just a buggy area. Hotel staff very nice. They have a pool but it's not heated, so may come as a shock when you jump in. Breakfast was fine.

Per un sessantesimo. Staff cordiale e professionale, cibo ottimo e location singolare. Went there to celebrate a sixtieth birthday. Kind and professional staff, excellent food and a unique location made the dinner unforgettable.

Great service and fantastic location!

The hotel is very well located close to the Castle and the sanctuary. Great view from our room (231). Attention all do not have the same view. Nice pool and water a little cool. In the morning, breakfast included but staff barely friendly.
