We had a two bedroom apartment, there's just one AC unit in the kitchen/hallway, so there's no way of having any private space as it is impossible to close the doors for the night because of the heat. The apartment itself is ok, but everything is a little bit old there. Kitchen is totally empty, there were maybe two plates and 3 glasses, few pieces of cutlery and nothing else. No sponge or washing liquid, no wine glasses, sharp knives, cheese grater, or any pots, bowls, absolutely nothing. Not even a microwave, water kettle or an oven. There's a fridge with small freezer and a gas stove. All the cabinets and shelves in the kitchen were totally empty. Although there's a lot of nature around, we didn't have any problems with insects or ants inside. There are nets on every single window. There was a balcony that we didn't use as the floor was quite dirty. There's a "terrace" with a plastic table and chairs outside the apartment. The person in charge doesn't speak much English, there's quite a big parking and there are two pools.

Great place to spend the holidays, swimming pool quite narrow, but comfortable.
The only downside, at the end of the vacation no more hot water, certainly due to a boiler failure.
The apartments are certainly dated, but quite spacious and comfortable.
The parking lot is OK, but to access it you will have to go down a fairly steep slope (nothing insurmountable). 😉
I only give this establishment 4 stars, but I recommend this vacation spot.

Very positive experience at this property which hosted us for one night.
Easy to reach, it has an internal car park with an automated gate and a remote control supplied upon arrival upon delivery of the key to the accommodation unit.
The garden surrounding the apartments is beautiful, olive trees, lemon trees, pomegranate trees.
Unfortunately we did not use the services offered such as the swimming pool due to the brevity of our stay.
The courtesy and availability of those who welcomed us, supply of bottled water, illustration of the apartment was much appreciated.
Kitchen with living area, two bedrooms, bathroom. Comfortable beds. Complete bathroom/shower kit with towels.
The town of Mattinata can be reached with a short walk.
