Look no further this is the best bed and breakfast. Excellent location and near the ocean. It has a beautiful pool, great for relaxing. The room is spacious and very very clean. Caterina, Francesca, and Giovanna are very nice people and went above and beyond for our vacation to be amazing! They have a very good breakfast and if you have any request they would make sure you were accommodated. I would highly recommend staying here. I’ve stayed at other places and this one was very safe. Can’t wait for next year to go back!
Perfect place to stay! Not only a perfect place, but also perfect experience! The owner, Christina and Francesca are fantastic and really take care of their guests. You may feel the atmosphere and Italian hospitality. You are not just a guest there — you are always the most important guest. It’s something that makes your stay charge your batteries and attitude. Dimora Nesea is a fantastic place to stay, the pool is gorgeous, 1, 4 m deep, cleaned daily and is available 24/7! You may relax there as long as you want. We stayed there for 3 nights and would like to go back. There is literally nothing to complain about. You have a beach bar near the sea and famous focacceria just a minute of walk away, restaurants two minutes of walk. Even a place where you may try raw, fresh seafood accompanied by a glass of wine. Once again — our stay was perfect and if you consider beautiful Cozze to have a break and spend some high quality time — you just found your special place on Earth. It looks and feels much better than you see on the pictures. Just visit Dimora Nesea and check it yourself!

We stayed here in September and I highly recommend the accommodation. It is beautifully furnished and very clean, and the breakfasts are excellent. The property is located in a quiet area, so a car is necessary. We are very grateful for everything. The owners are wonderful people who are always ready to help with anything.
