We stayed at Villa Amelie at the beginning of March while traveling with work.
The location is wonderful so close to the beach that you can hear the waves from the spacious backyard, which is equipped with a grilling area and a nice set of garden furniture where you can sit and enjoy the sun.
There are two apartments, both clean and equipped with the necessary items for your vacation.
We stayed in the apartment downstairs which was a bit darker and not so warm than the one upstairs. Might be because it was also off season. We had some problems with the radiators that were dripping, but the owner was prompt and the issue was resolved the second day.
On the downside, we booked and confirmed 4 rooms and they only wanted to give us 3. Ultimately we received the extra room, but since it wasn't prepared beforehand, the air was a bit stiff.
Another downside was that we didn't get an invoice for our stay, although we insisted and we explained that this is important for us, as I've mentioned we were traveling for work and we needed one for the accountant.
Overall a good experience, but the owner was a bit rigid.
