I booked this accommodation for three nights but had to leave after just one due to unbearable noise levels. The flat is located on a street with multiple bars blasting loud music until well past 2 AM—something the host conveniently failed to mention in the listing. While I understand that nightlife exists in city centers, I have stayed in historic areas of much larger cities (including Rome) without experiencing anything remotely this disruptive.
The real issue, however, is the host’s response. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they turned the blame on me, suggesting that I should have “expected” this level of noise simply because the flat is in a historic center. This is misleading and unacceptable. Nowhere in the listing was this extreme noise situation disclosed, leaving guests to discover it the hard way—when it’s too late to change plans.
At the end of the day, the primary purpose of booking accommodation is to sleep. No matter how nice a place looks or what facilities it offers, if you can’t get a decent night’s rest, it completely defeats the purpose. This listing fails at the most fundamental requirement of a stay: providing a space where guests can actually rest.
If you are looking for a place to sleep, stay away from this flat. The host hides what is really behind this place, and is unwilling to take responsibility. This makes an experience I wouldn’t wish to anyone.

Beautiful apartment with roof terrace and restaurants nearby. This makes it very loud at night. Earplugs are available next to the bed if you like them.
Unfortunately, the shower had almost no water pressure and remained cold — in the evening and in the morning.
The "breakfast" was in a café down the street and included a coffee, a sweet pastry and a juice. Unfortunately, we couldn't order anything savory at our own expense. That left us moving on quite dissatisfied.
There aren't really any parking spaces nearby. We parked in a residents' parking space and were lucky.

Terrible place located next to loud bars, performing until 2 am. Ear plugs plus headphone were not enough. The primary goal — accommodation to sleep — is not met. So the flat can be as pretty as possible, but you won’t enjoy. Avoid if you like to sleep.
