Echi di Puglia Bed and Breakfast

An oasis with swimming pool a few km from the historic center of Polignano and the breathtaking terraces overlooking the sea. Nice and clean rooms, very attentive and helpful staff, so much so that when asked for an aperipranzo for a birthday they did not back down 🔝

A paradise a stone's throw from the historic center, excellent hospitality, friendly staff and always available for any request. An environment with attention to every detail, nothing left to chance. Relaxation and friendliness at 360 degrees are the setting for an enchanted place.

My wife and I booked to stay here for 7 nights. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we are unable to travel to the hotel. My wife is pregnant and cannot get a fit to fly from the doctor and was advised against all foreign travel. I requested a refund from the hotel who have refused. They said that there is a travel bridge from the UK to Italy and it’s our decision not to travel. We cannot get a fit to fly! So even if we turn up at the airport we cannot get on the plane. We have been in touch with the hotel who suggested we cancel our booking, leaving us with no legal rights or any money back, and if they can sell our hotel room for the nights we were supposed to stay then they will potentially partially refund us. This is completely unacceptable and border line ridiculous. My wife is pregnant, cannot get a fit to fly and has been given medical advice from a doctor not to travel abroad. What does the hotel expect us to do here? Go against medical advice and travel to our booking risking my wife’s health and the health of my unborn child?! This is a question I have asked the hotel and booking. Com, both ignored the question! Obviously it’s completely obvious that we can’t and shouldn’t travel abroad. No one in their right mind in our position would risk the life of their wife or unborn child. The lack of response would suggest both companies agree, they just don’t want to refund us. We have offered to provide a letter from our doctor stating my wife is not allowed to travel abroad.

Cared for and comfortable environment even in the small Junior Suite, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We used the bikes to go downtown every night without the stress of parking and to go to the sea, up to Cala San Vito (restaurant on the beach) and Cala Sala (bring the sandwiches). Great location to reach Alberobello and visit Matera (with 2 hour guide). Great week!

A dreamlike accommodation with very friendly staff a beautiful oasis in Puglia. We'll definitely be back.

The landscaping was gorgeous, the owner very charming. He greeted us right away at the entrance of the Boutique Hotel. Very attentive to details. He lend us bikes so we could tour the town and was very helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was great! Definitely recommended! Very pleased with our stay.

Our stay at the hotel was really disappointing the room we get was not the room we had reserved. The description of the room on reservation site was explicitely with a garden view and a patio we have received a room with no view and no patio even a very small window. The people at the reception and even the manager haven’t try to propose a solution or even excuse themselves. They didn’t consider at all the error and the damage. It is a shame to act like that when you work in “hospitality business”.

Place with nice climate. Very calm and fancy. And close to The old town — about 10 minutes of walking.

Excellent place with amazing garden and pool. Deluxe rooms are very small with only a small window. But the suits are some of the best I have seen!

Sometimes you find a place where you feel at home immediately. For me, Echoes of Puglia is the place to be so. A resort to relax and rest in a welcoming environment. I liked the beautiful garden with a swimming pool and have breakfast at the large table with the other guests. I had a beautiful holidays. Thanks a lot James, and the very elegant hotel!

An Oasis within walking distance of the old town, beautiful gardens, excellent facilities, very welcoming staff, comprehensive breakfast (they even do eggs and bacon! ) One of the most stunning places I've ever stayed.

Absolutely stunning place. Beautiful property, lovely garden and nice rooms. Pool is small but excellent and perfect for cooling down on a hot day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Walking distance to the old town.

We spent a long weekend for our wedding anniverary and we couldn't believe how beautiful this resort was. And the owners are so charming!. We arrived really late at night from the airport but Giacomo was still waiting for us!
Congratulations to the architect Francesco — who we had the pleasure to meet in person — as he really managed to create such a fluid and timeless design! Well done and we will be back!

It's been a week since my fiancé and I had the pleasure of getting to know and staying at Echi di Puglia.
This property has the ability to reserve constant surprises.
The first one is on arrival.
You are in front of an endless white fence, between the palaces, in the center of Polignano but when the gate opens you are immediately catapulted into the garden of Eden.
A manicured green, flowers, plants everywhere, a herb so perfect that it seems almost fake.
Once you park your car, in your reserved and obviously indoor parking, you walk on the driveway leading to your room and you start a journey that tastes of Puglia but also a bit of Greece.
The colors convey tranquility, the shades of celestial surround you and lull you in that surreal silence.
Our room was very manicured, brand new, the bathroom big with a wonderful shower.
Breakfast is plentiful but above all excellent quality, with selected and genuine products.
The owners are kind and helpful, always ready to fulfill every request!
I will return for sure and I recommend it to anyone who wants to live even for one night an unforgettable experience.

BELLISSIMO! It's hard to explain a place that you need to visit to fully experience… Being a bit skeptical when we could not find the place due to the fact that the sign for the hotel had not arrived yet (they had been open for about 10 days) was just a minor obstacle that was quickly transformed into a magical experience. This oasis is hidden in an area where most people would hesitate weather they have arrived at the right destination or not, but let me tell you — you hav…e. Once inside the property an oasis appears. Both the garden areas and the rooms are thoughtfully decorated in every single detail. The architecture is mind blowing, rich in details, creating a great atmosphere. The place is owed by a fantastic warm and welcoming family that treats their guests like family members. Restaurant reservations, daily activities consultations and local transfer around the area was just a few of the things that they supported us with. You will find yourself within walking distance from everything worth exploring (10min). Pogliano a mare, the city where this hidden gem is located is also a great hub if you would like to discover other parts of the regions. We are coming back for sure.
