The hosts, Antonella and Massimiliano, are described as very warm, friendly, and helpful people who do everything possible to make guests feel at home. They assist with luggage before check-in and after checkout, provide tips on local attractions, and can even help with ironing clothes. However, some guests noted that the hosts do not provide apartment keys, preferring to manage entry and exit themselves; therefore, guests must use the intercom for access to the premises.

Breakfast consists of two parts. Basic items are provided in the room: juices, water, rusks (fette biscottate), and jams. In addition, guests receive a voucher for a nearby partner cafe (central bar), where they can enjoy a complimentary coffee or cappuccino and a croissant. Most visitors rate this arrangement as excellent and convenient.

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, televisions, kettles, coffee machines, and small refrigerators with freezer compartments. Some rooms even feature a microwave. However, some guests have complained about the lack of basic tableware (plates and spoons), despite the mentioned kitchen facilities. Bathrooms include bidets, though some noted an insufficient amount of toiletries (only two small packets of shower gel).

Guests praise the very comfortable, high beds with thick mattresses, which ensure an excellent night's sleep. The interior features vintage dressers and beautiful chandeliers, while the stone wall finishes create an authentic atmosphere. Overall cleanliness is rated highly, but there are serious complaints regarding mold in some rooms (especially near windows and in the bathroom) due to high humidity. There were also mentions of nylon sheets, which can feel too hot and sticky.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioners that effectively cool the space even during intense heat. However, several guests noted that the air conditioner filters require cleaning. It is also mentioned that due to the building's vaulted architecture, ventilation can be insufficient, which, combined with high humidity, can lead to the appearance of mold.

Guests note that the Wi-Fi works well and is stable. At the same time, it is mentioned that due to the building's thick stone walls, mobile signals can be intermittent, making wireless internet the primary means of communication.
