Hotel A-14

Yes, the hotel has its own secure parking area as well as a private garage with high gates. Guests highlight the convenience of the parking; however, one visitor cautioned that payment should be made before loading luggage into the car to avoid any misunderstandings with the parking staff.

The hotel staff are described as extremely kind, welcoming, and professional; employees are always ready to help and create a home-like atmosphere. The reception is located on the first floor. Late check-in is possible; guests confirm that they were waited for even after midnight or checked in at 3 AM without any issues. Special thanks are expressed in reviews to staff members Kamal and Francesco for their excellent welcome.

Breakfasts at the hotel are characterized as plentiful, varied, and high-quality, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. Many guests praised the excellent coffee and the fact that drinks are served directly to the table. Breakfast starts early, at 6:30 AM, which is convenient for those needing to depart early in the morning. The availability of gluten-free options is also noted. However, one guest considered the quality of the breakfast to be mediocre.

Cleanliness in the hotel is at the highest level; guests describe it as impeccable and "360-degree," including the cleanliness of the elevator. The rooms are spacious, bright, equipped with air conditioning, and have balconies. Many describe the mattresses and pillows as very comfortable. On the other hand, the hotel interior is described as very outdated, in a 70s or "retro" style, and some guests feel that the furniture and decor are long overdue for an update.

The main complaints concerned plumbing and soundproofing. In some rooms, shower cabins are absent (floor drains), which can cause water to flood the bathroom, and the bidet may be located behind the shower curtain. One guest reported that the shower water was not hot enough in the morning. Poor soundproofing was also noted: street noise may be audible in the rooms (especially if the window faces the road), as well as sounds from the corridor near the reception.

The hotel has an elevator, which facilitates access to rooms on the upper floors (up to the 5th), which offer an excellent view. Regarding toiletries, one guest advised bringing your own soap, as it was not provided in the room.
