I was for the UPCI Conference on August 13, 14, 15. Stunning reception of the bar attendants, a kindness that is not found anywhere else where I have been. Thank you Paul, thank you Nicola, thank you Chef of Santeramo, thank you all the others. This property has had a great blessing to have found such high-profile people, they are the flagship of this large and prestigious hotel.

Everything is taken care of in detail. Comfort is a keyword and the property is very finely furnished. It has a large garden and more than one conference room. For a discerning palate, this is the ideal place. If even the eye wants its part, the Nicolaus knows how to give it to him.

Very beautiful, modern hotel. Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice little balcony, everything perfect. However the hotel is in a poor location, not near anything and everything is a taxi ride away, which takes 10 minutes for a taxi to arrive and costs €10+. The most disappointing part was the advertised complimentary shuttle bus was not operating, so had to pay €25 to reach the airport. Which when not staying at a cheap hotel, its disappointing. Wouldn't return here, lots of other nice hotels in a better location.

A pleasant location, ex Hilton's, relaxing and elegant. Still, some of the facilities seem to show faint signs of aging. Perhaps the need for an overhaul?

I have been to the Nicolaus hotel several times for birthday parties, 18 years to be precise. The three different rooms I have seen are really elegant and well-groomed, the menu does not leave anything to be desired and I would say that the service lives up to the prestige of the hotel. I have no information regarding the prices but, as far as I know, they are medium high and clearly vary according to the menu you choose to adopt. The only advice I feel to give is to stand out with something more exclusive and sought after in order to justify the not indifferent expenditure.

Location is not bad but a bit aged. Service ok, comfortable room. Not good linked to the center of the town.

I travel a lot for work and I’m lucky to stay in many different hotels. By far this is the best one! Service impeccable, the rooms are specious and comfortable. I can’t recommend any better.

Another 4 stars deserves one mor star to complete 5 stars! Everything was perfect! From the style of the building to the room, the service, the food, and the view! It was all fantastic! They even put a real honeycomb to serve fresh honey in the breakfast buffet! We were overwhelmed!

Nice hotel! 5 stars, but I would give 4 —! There's basically everything you need. But the pocket pulls away one minus from the center of the city far near the edge of the city but there is a pizza, shops and a lot. 2 Clubs! Well, generally take the hotels closer to the center! My advice to you!

Beautiful and luxurious hotel, I was having dinner on the top floor with my partner and the atmosphere was incredibly romantic. The view of the city reminded me of the big hotels in Milan with these very suggestive panoramic windows. Very friendly and comfortable room The fact of having the spa inside the hotel. I would highly recommend it to couples looking for a romantic and stylish place. Four well-deserved stars.

Salty breakfasts, desserts, fruit nothing is missing. You can take advantage of the spa: with swimming pool, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi.

I had a work meeting at the Nicolas. The hotel is beautiful and the meeting room was very big and clean. The lunch was very good to.

Professional and courteous staff. Well-connected to points of interest with public transport service and a dedicated shuttle to the airport.

I was there on New Year's Eve 3 years ago.
We had booked for a room with a double bed and we found ourselves two single beds which on the other they could not unite because they stuck in the wall.
The hot air duct came out cold air, and you couldn't adjust the thermostat because it was stuck.
It was a complete disaster. Completely different from our expectations.

Initially before making the reservation, I clashed with the arrogance of a gentleman who works in this structure… leading me to indecision whether confetmare the reservation or refuse… but arriving in Struttara… In reception there was a gentleman very Professional and very courteous… What about excellent structure and impeccable breakfast… but it would serve a bit of renovation (eg modern air conditioners).

Breakfast excellent cleanliness excellent kindness of the staff to the top 4 star because the structure is a little dated, the junior suite we took had taken of my bedside table, remote control with battery door broken, the engine of the elevator that you heard day and Night (at least we believe it was the engine of the elevator. ) and group of kids under our windows sat at the hotel table singing loudly the choirs of Bari. Luckily the whole thing broke down just after midnight. In short recommended even better!

I state that you have never stayed in the hotel, but I have been to numerous festivals held on the first or last floor of the building. Elegant Location with ample space for dancing. The view on Bari from the terrace of the top floor is splendid. Great food, especially the appetizers.

I think it's the best Hotel in Bari! Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service and well located. The bus stop is nearby and takes you directly to the Central station/centre. I recommend you take a ride on the scenic elevator:)

Good food, good and spacious room, bathroom something small and a shower a little difficult to use. The bad: very far from the center. Good thing: Next to the city exits to be able to go to the airport faster.

I had a meeting at the bar of this hitel. It looked fancy and very clean. While I was there I noticed that there were many work related meetings going on in the lobby of the hotel.

This hotel is very comfortable, friendly staff, great room amenities clean etc. It is, however, very far away walking distance to the old town of Bari and sights. Over an hour walk and through a few sketchy neighborhoods. Only way to get there is a taxi. Bari does not have Uber or any kind of transport to get around the city. I felt somewhat trapped unless I didn't get a taxi. You really do need a car or spend more money to stay closer to city center when coming to Bari. Please keep this in mind when booking this hotel. There are plenty of pizzerias in the area, a supermarket, pharmacy etc. But this is a suburban neighborhood with not much to do. We are here to transit to a cruise and wish I knew the true location of this place before I booked it. But regarding the comforts of what a hotel should offer, it really is a nice property.

Great venue for small business meetings and large events. There are small rooms on the upper floors and large rooms in the basement. Staff in reception very helpful, even speaking English.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Bari. Well connected to the Centre and with great facilities, from the restaurant to the Conference Centre, private parking and very politely. Rooms really cared. Priced accordingly. Recommended.

Modern business type person hotel. It is convenient to the airport but not to the old part of the city or restaurants. My room had to be changed as it smelled of cigarettes. The desk clerks were impersonal. It had enclosed parking and a pool, and the rooms were modern fancy and impersonal.

If I return to bari certainly looked like you ' at The nicolaus qualified spotless rooms with all amenities very good welcome drink all lovely relaxation in Spa which say more again soon.

Ottimo buffet di verdure, pesce e carne. Anche le focacce davvero buone. Estrema gentilezza del personale.

Only thing missing is the SPG points collection, which before was there because it was a sheraton. For the rest everything is great.

November 29, 2015 qualified high level of cleanliness and tidying. Well situated a few meters from the highway. View from above the town. A few km from various shopping centres. International breakfast and lunch also this buffet very good. AVG high.

Classy, very expensive but outstanding service. Also the view of the city from above is wonderful. Clean and highly qualified personnel. Just a few metres from the ring road and well connected with the entire city.
