Absolutely amazing stay! It was a perfect place with a fantastic host Giovanna, who is unbelievably warm, kind, friendly and helpful!
Location of the studio is just ideal — close to everything you need to have a joyful stay.

We felt very welcome and safe. Giovanna gave her time to give us the best tips to visit. The room was clean and very welcoming & peacefully. Giovanna is very caring & kind. We will choose B&B Studio 162 for sure when we will visit again. Thank you for the best holiday :)

The location is perfect to explore Bari and around. Few steps from the railway station and the main walking area. The historical city can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Don’t forget to mention Giovanna, who put her soul to that business. She helps with tips, advices and her personality is excellent. I highly recommend this place to stay while in Bari. I’ll be back :)

This property is exceptional in every respect.
1. The location very close to the station is extremely convenient. Then it gives on a street where there is practically everything, pharmacies, bars and shops.
2. Clean and quiet, you sleep beautifully.
3. Breakfast made with the heart by Giovanna who is the real engine of everything, professional and sweet.
4. In addition to being able to visit Bari from a convenient position, by train you can easily reach many nearby places, such as Giovinazzo, Polignano, Ostuni, Trani, Castel del Monte for excellent day trips. From the station everything is really convenient and worth it, for example I visited Trani in the morning and castel del monte in the afternoon, while another day I did Monopoli and Polignano. Even the beautiful Ostuni is easily accessible.
5. Giovanna will also give you excellent advice on where to eat, first of all I recommend Mastro Ciccio who is exceptional.

Kindness, courtesy, extreme cleanliness of rooms and services. Really recommended, great location and value for money. I vote ten!

That was one of the best B&B stays in my life :)
Even though the room and the bathroom are quite small, it was comfortable enough. There is an electric kettle and a coffee machine as well as a lot of croissants, cookies etc. In the room.
The best part of this place is its owner though. Giovanna is an incredibly nice person, she meets you at the property and becomes your friend who takes care of you while you are in Bari: she recommends places to visit, restaurants to eat in, shops and markets to shop in. Every day she brings a fresh homemade cake and cookies to your room that are delicious. At the check-out, she left me some lovely souvenirs.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Giovanna's and would definitely recommend this B&B to everyone.

Maximum availability and such a amount of information that whatever I decided to do already I knew how to do it, what to avoid and what was the best solution.
Information and suggestions of all kinds to visit Bari and its surroundings without leaving anything to chance.
Humble rooms, cozy and clean.
The location is exceptional, strategic, being right on Via Sparano, which is the main street of Bari.
From here you can leave and tour the city comfortably on foot (Old Town, along the sea and surroundings).
It is a few meters from the central station, you can get there very well on foot.
It's convenient if you want to move out of Bari.
I personally used the car, only being a pedestrian area you have to park outside.
It was not a problem because there is an underground parking lot (video surveillance) just a few meters from the B&B, with which they have an agreement according to which you pay 10€ (instead of 20) for 24 hours.
Considering that you can leave the car there for one or two days (example) and you can walk around it is convenient and also considering that outdoor parking for a fee costs 2€ per hour…
Or you take the car and go to visit the nearby towns, so you save money for parking and also for the train (choose what suits you best also based on how you got to the B&B, whether by car or train).
In short, any question you have asked and you will be given an answer on anything about Bari and its surroundings.

Perfect location! Room and bathroom is quite small but as we visited Bari for seeing places and enjoying the food we did not need more space. Giovanna, the host, is a fantastic person. She gave us a lot of useful information about transport, places to visit, shopping or restaurants. My wife bought, based on Giovanna's recommendations, a very nice necklace and she loved it. The apartment has 3 rooms for renting and is located right on the main street, Via Sparano and is 200 m from the main Railway Station/Bus Station and 900 m from the old Town of Bari. From there (Train/Bus station) you can reach everything: Alberobello, Polignano, Monopoly, airport, beach, etc… The breakfast is delivered in your room and us excellent, one of the best breakfasts that I had in Italy, a country that is not famous for rich breakfasts. Overall, I really recommend this place.
