The description on booking of the ground floor apartment is a big fat lie. They say you have a bedroom with a 2 person bed and an extendable couch and a living room with an extendable couch but there is actually no living room. We were 2 couples and had to share the same bedroom. And our extended couch was broken, we repaired it ourselves.
As you enter the apartment the first thing you smell is mold.
The owner said he can give us a discount for the subterranean parking nearby but never actually sent the needed document.
The only good thing is the location that is pretty close to the train station.

Spacious and comfortable flat with a generous roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need to ensure a pleasant stay and was spotlessly clean when we checked in. The location is great: only a few minutes walk from Bari's central train station and it takes only about ten minutes to walk to the old town centre and the seafront. Besides, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and other eateries in the area. Despite all this it's quiet in the apartment, since it's located on the 4th floor of the building. The owners of the place are also very hospitable and helpful. If we were going back to Bari we would stay here again without doubt. Highly recommended!
