I wish our stay never ended! we felt at home and for the first time we were able to make our son live the sea without architectural barriers, surrounded by an affection and kindness more unique than rare. Wonderful cuisine, impeccable service, always kind and helpful, I will never stop thanking you for making our stay in Silvi a dream.

We stayed here a week, with two small children. A perfect mix of relaxation and fun! All very well cared for and clean, attentive and polite staff. A special thank you to the kids of animation, who kept company to adults and children in an engaging, never discounted or excessive way, with great enthusiasm and energy. Great property for families with children. Maximum hygiene level, top catering, beach services and entertainment of excellent level. Nothing is left to chance. The staff always courteous, from the reception to the restaurant staff, to the legendary Silvano on the beach, to the ladies who take care of the cleaning. Definitely to go back. A greeting and a good luck to Ludovica of animation for his academic career.

Large, clean rooms with spectacular views! Top food and restaurant service! Only flaws the animation guys too young and with little experience I had the feeling that it was all too improvised.

Professionalism and hospitality at the top.

The hotel is not brand new but everything passes in second floor. The kitchen is really high quality, the staff with a courtesy rare to find. For families it is a panacea because the environment is safe for the children then being all at hand, you can really relax. The icing… The animation is masterfully directed by Christian, engaging but never intrusive. A mini-club with a Shakira was born for this job. What about Wallace… It managed to get me to participate in a game group… the Company never managed anyone before. Cocktails at the beach bar to the top! Absolutely to be repeated.

Beautiful hotel, with direct access to the beach. The umbrellas nn are crowded but well distributed, with the right distance. The staff is super helpful, kind, professional. Really cozy. You breathe serenity, well-being, we had a great time. To talk about the sunsets, beautiful. And of the sea that this year is incredibly clear and crystal clear, especially if you go to the beach early in the morning… it's a show The location actually had chosen it specifically, for the green and blue flag but nn we thought it could really be so. Obviously during the day it "normalizes" because of the number of bathers at sea, but I recommend going out very early in the morning so as not to miss the show. The food is yummy and above all plentiful! The children have a lot of fun, the animation is very active and they are super nice. I've already booked for next year… for me, it's the perfect hotel. But those sunrises and sunsets… and those who forget them anymore. Thank you to all the staff for this unforgettable holiday.

You eat well. Great buffet and very rich. The staff is kind and courteous always ready to solve every customer's need. Nice and not at all intrusive animation and the kids at the baby club are great. They are loved by children from the very first moment. Thank you for giving us a nice vacation. Overwhelmed. Definitely coming back.

Nice hotel, excellent cleaning of rooms, restaurant, breakfast room and communal toilets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great and plentiful cuisine, the buffet of side dishes, sweets and breakfast are constantly stocked, it is practically impossible not to find availability of dishes. Animation not intrusive and pleasant especially the kids' club, Children, even the youngest, are always followed.
Negatives: Since the air conditioning is charged and not manageable by the room, a 4 star should at least provide the alternative of ceiling fans because if in the rooms, all sea views, you leave the window open so as not to die of heat, at 5 in the morning the sun makes sleep impossible.
2 elevators for up to 6 people each in a 12-story hotel… A nightmare especially at mealtime and to bring luggage.
The beach is very small, the umbrellas are practically attached to each other and the cast shadows do not allow you to take great sun bathing but the worst flaw is that it is never cleaned. They are never cleaned loungers and loungers that are often found in the morning as they were left in the evening and the sand never comes and I stress NEVER sifted.
The children's games in the parchetto are old, I would recommend to replace them.

Wonderful hotel and positioned well for access directly on the beach. The people at the front desk all the staff were really nice and courteous. Great food but poor choice for Gluten Free breakfast. Surely after this positive experience we will return very willingly.

The entry and exit times are uncomfortable for those like us who come from abroad and travel at night by traffic. Etc. (the room is given at 3pm on a Saturday (without lunch) … but you have to leave it on the following Saturday at 10am (then if you want to wait at 12:30 there is lunch includedbut with the children maybe it is a bit uncomfortable)
and lastly a little bit of solarity in reception would not hurt it is always nice to be greeted with a smile! (nothing to take away from the service)

Property with direct sea access with private beach and bar. Present beach court but lacks the possibility to rent sports equipment except a skate (for a fee…! ).
Children's play area with rides always in the shade and the opportunity to take advantage of the inflatables of the nearby Hotel.
Comfortable rooms overlooking the sea (east exposure).
Medium-sized swimming pool with smaller pool not suitable for children under 4-5 years (80 cm h water).
Good food, always varied and very helpful and friendly staff.
The animation for young and old by Alpitour is pleasant.
The air conditioning in the rooms is really negative: it is paid (7 euros per day) and centralized. No chance to manage it from the room: real discomfort and NOT service.

Two years in a row same story. Hotel next door that makes loud and fireworks until late, apparently with permission. If you are interested in sleeping at night or have children think twice or even three times.

We rested the first two weeks of June with two children 4g. And 7 months. We had a family room with one double and one single bed. The room also has a shower (no bathrooms in the hotel), WC, bidet, wardrobe with free safe, desk, chair, armchair, balcony with table, chairs and dryer for laundry.

Air conditioning paid 7 Euro per day and not configurable. At night without it it is stuffy, and with it it is cold. The Wi-Fi is often off.
The family room is small. Drinks and snacks between the main meals at an additional cost.
The three elevators are not very big, to be honest, for the holiday is waiting and go back and forth.
The spa is not used, only works from Fri to Sun.
"+" I am on the 10th floor scary but the view is beautiful. All rooms have sea view.
The staff and waiters are attentive, but sometimes there is a queue to reception.
Food is very tasty. Full board: Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner buffet of appetizers and one kind of sweet and one type of fruit, and the first and second to choose from three courses, water with and without gas, wine red and white.
The sea is shallow, warm, we bathed almost every day. Often ebb. For the little ones swim very well. There are many crabs alive and dead on the sand. Small sand, water at Coast warm, to depth to go far.

Beautiful Hotel guys that view pretty much is a blue skyscraper then the beach starts from when you step out of the hall and it is of an unmatched elegance. Good food and comfortable rooms. Good note of the staff very patient and helpful.

I booked a room on the 12th floor and they gave me one on the 3rd.
Bathroom as small as the shower.
No one in the lobby and breakfast.

Hotel of considerable capacity spread over 12 floors, recommended for convenience and overall offer more than discreet. Kitchen and services well delivered, staff friendly, price of rooms and services great considering the level.

I was on Sunday at lunch… I have to say I expected a little more for a 4 star! No appetizer, spaghetti (and not Chitarrina) with ragù, 4 potatoes and 2 thin slices plus the invisible cake I would say… While she was anxious… you still didn't throw down the last bite that asked you "can I take it off? That to take bread or else does not use gloves "… The deficiencies are many: appetizer, salad side, a lot of food seen what little we had in the dish, fruit and coffee.! Well for paying what I paid I would have expected at least a coffee including having the deficiencies but instead no I had to add €1 and take it to the table… Lunch at the speed of light! With the same price in other locals eat to no end!

Great location, impeccable service and extreme cleanliness… in the summer I guess it's really a fairy tale. Very spacious room, comfortable and well heated… The bathroom has a pleasant temperature. Although for a single night it was an excellent experience. It's a bargain.

I was there for a Campagnolo and Fulcrum conference.
I have to say that I have eaten very well, for such a large structure is very rare to find a catering cured in the details and with fresh products of the territory.
The staff is very friendly and attentive.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to. For about ten years now a security. Always there. All the comforts at your fingertips. I recommend.

Directly on the beach. Great food and plentiful. Good entertainment. Hospitality and courtesy. Only flaw, if you can define it, in the elevator you die of heat because the air conditioning does not work properly.

The Hotel is very clean and comfortable, it has among its advantages the extreme proximity to the private beach and a pleasant swimming pool. The Wi-Fi is really great and allows — if you need it — even òavorare from your own room, from the common areas and even from the pool!
Between the niggles, the breakfast is not very rich or varied.
Hotel definitely recommended for families with children, even small.

Suitable for people with motor disabilities, so some rooms with wheelchair accessible bathroom, grab bars and showers etc. Outdoor pool, direct access to the sea, spacious rooms with a wonderful sea view. Good food with vegetable and fruit buffet, international breakfast.

The hotel is highly recommended, extremely child friendly! All day animation, the rooms and the grounds are very clean. Staff very friendly and the food is very very good! Were definitely not the last time here.

I stayed at this hotel on business. I reserved an economy room but on arrival I was offered an upgrade offering me a king room on the top floor. The magnificent view! Despite my perplessività sight height Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff friendly and helpful. I will be back!

I went at the Hermitage for a party and I can tell it was really good. Good food and atmosphere.

Great holiday. Mouthwatering cuisine, personal affabilissimo, for animators no words to define them … all wonderful. Only handicap: elevators too small for such a large structure.

OK but a bit anonymous. Good location.

7) If you do not want to have lunch, the basket consists of: 2 sandwiches 15 gr. CA, a little bottle of water, and a fruit rot
