It is difficult to find a property so oriented to the well-being of guests around Italy, whether they want to experience the mountain or need a relaxing atmosphere (as in a SPA), after a fun but tiring day. The staff? A separate chapter, sympathy and grace to sell!

The location is very welcoming, warm and very clean; the owner is very helpful and courteous and puts you at ease: In short it makes you feel at home. To come back for sure!

Really above the expectations, comfort, cleanliness, elegance, kindness and great breakfast buffet. A few km from the ski resorts of the ski area of Roccaraso. The restaurants and Trattorias on the main course are within walking distance with a short walk. I would say that nothing is missing… ah, I forgot… the "wash" is not expensive at all!

Great in everything. The only flaw is that it is close to a church where bells often ring. In any case in the rooms you are not too.

Stayed here for a weeks skiing. Wanted to keep it a secret as it's a fab little place but doing my bit for the family team running the hotel. It is imaculate, serves a great breakfast and the team simply can not help enough with dinner recomendations or places to visit in the local area.

Been here two years in a row. Great owners and very Nice staff. They offer to pick you up from Rome, Napoli or Pescara and bring you back to the airport afterwards without extra costs. For skiing in Rocarasso or for visiting the beautifull nearby villages this is the best place to stay.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of the old town with beautiful rooms and hall, breakfast very well cared for and with high quality products, the judgement is super positive and just x this 3 small notes, are missing more clothes hanger in the rooms being the hotel used by many Skiers, the wardrobe has only one door dedicated to the clothes to hang and a little light in addition not hurt but I repeat overall really a great hotel.

Excellent family-run hotel in the heart of Castel di Sangro. It is made from a period building used as a washhouse, in fact the Hall also has a museum function because it preserves the ancient stone basins. The hotel is very friendly, the property is very nice and the breakfast is very good. You arrive in the center of the country on foot in a few minutes and outside it is very easy to find parking for the car. The slopes are 15 minutes away by car, as is Roccaraso. Very good Price. Recommended.

A real gem built around the old village sinks; Structural harmony and thorough cleanliness with pleasantly furnished and clean rooms, there is a small balcony that updates on a green handkerchief of Earth. Admirable the context of the old potted and the cathedral.

Elegant and luxurious. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It is also home to the museum. In the lobby there are two large sinks is an art gallery. Next to the property there is a church of the 1400 and the B hall through a roof skylight you can see the church bell tower. The view from the square next door is wonderful. The overnight stay at the wash basin proved to be the right choice. Too bad it doesn't have the restaurant.

Beautiful property with large, clean rooms, spacious bathroom, rich breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful. The only drawback, a nearby bell tower that chimes too often, although bells were boring I cannot but give the fifth star. Well deserved indeed!
