Rooms a little small, showers just as much.
For the rest good breakfast and good prices given the location where it is located.
Finding parking is a miracle.

Very simple premises. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The location is great because it is exactly in front of the sea. The staff and owners are wonderful, kind and helpful people. Nice place.

3-Star Hotel. But it is worth one, small bathrooms, shower with curtain and small showerhead, only the location deserves because of the sea front. Nice and friendly staff Without parking and I guarantee that finding a car seat in the middle of summer is a feat.

The hotel is in a good location, but our twin room was micro, equipped with a 14 "Mivar TV and a tiny 60x60 shower stall. Please note the breakfast buffet.

Structure of about 70 years, entrance with tables on the outside and internal relaxation room quite wide.
It doesn't start well with the receptionist inviting you to wait because it's going to register other customers.

Room assigned with the need for a whitewashing, space reduced enough for three beds. Small bathroom and shower without box nor curtain, need to move little but inevitable not to wet around.
I reported in reception the presence of insects to carry out a more thorough pest control and I received an answer for me unacceptable: "Ah Yes, we know", the request for clarification was charged the inconvenience "to nature", as The hotel is located below the street level and the insects climb through the walls and arrive into the rooms.

Even arriving late despite not having restaurant inside… they were kind enough to book a table in an adjoining room. The rooms are clean with sea front terrace.

The place is ok, breakfast included not brilliant.

Perfect stay! Just 50 meters from the sea coast! Not very near to Pescara Centrale, 15 minutes walking distance.

Without infamy and without praise. I had to stay in this hotel for labor lawsuits. Thats the rooms (clean) but the cleanliness is good.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception! Breakfast was absolutely okay for a 3 star hotel. The rooms are a bit small but for a few nights it was acceptable. Too bad that they only have Italian TV programs. All in all I can recommend this hotel for short stays in Pescara.
