Very comfortable location, comfortable structure, excellent welcome, very good breakfast prepared by a very nice lady. Surely it will be our point of reference for the future and we recommend it to everyone, even for the cost decidedly content.

Great location, a 5 minute drive from the center is near freeway entrance, a stone's throw from the sea, no problem for parking. Clean and comfortable Room, great breakfast.

The b&b is comfortable, clean and cosy, not far from the sea and equipped with parking. Ms. Marisa will pamper you with its breakfasts and the warm welcome! We will come back!

We were guests at the swimming competitions July 2016, first WE were totally impressed by the welcome and the availability of Marisa and her husband (the owners). Ordered structure and absolutely quiet, clean rooms with all comforts,. The icing on the cake. A breakfast fit for a 5 star hotel, the sweets that prepare Marisa can't count them. Congratulations! definitely will be going back.

My husband and I really enjoyed the room, friendliness and especially the owners. Every morning Mrs Marisa jovanna good cakes and abundant. The prices are great and when we decide to do other days at sea will certainly be going back to them.

It's a year and a half that my boyfriend and I choose the bed and breakfast Place! We were immediately at ease. The 3 apartments are comfortable, equipped with every accessory and of course always clean! The hostess, Marisa, is very approachable and helpful! Also prices are modest. So congratulations.

Hi all, I have been several times in this bed and breakfast and found it very nice. The prices are very good, I think the lowest of pescara if we consider the fact that it offers to the customer and not the simple rooms. Just think for example that the average price of an apartment in double occupancy in peak season is around 30-40 euros per day per person, whereas other bed and breakfast in the same period and for the same room I saw that demand even more. The location is quite convenient as it is located practically on the main street of Montesilvano and Pescara, on the border between Pescara and is 5 minutes walk from the coast. In this way allows easy access in a short time is the Centre of Montesilvano and Pescara. The fact of staying in an apartment offered me a great deal of independence because I could cook lunch and dinner by myself, watching my films that I had brought from home, come and go as I wanted without having to account to anyone, etc. In times when I stayed here I got to stay in the apartment double use single-use, both in the apartment and found them both nice, simple and comfortable. The owners have always been very helpful and kind, willing to meet my every need. Suffice it to say that the last time he had stopped working on dvd and I have now replaced and if something was missing in the apartments, have always provided for remedy.

I have been to this bed and breakfast in may, I paid 50 euros for a double room and the price list on the website brought lower prices. The apartment where I stayed was very basic, dirty with a refrigerator that smelled of closed that it gave you my stomach every time I opened. The bathroom was dirty and unkempt despite hygiene were new (luckily! ), the bath towels were old and all different. Even when I invite someone to my house to welcome them that way so shabby! Breakfast is disgraceful, it is nothing but a basket with 2 snacks and some Rusk with juices and jams all made of disposable brands from discount stores, only the milk was granarolo! all lacsciato there on the table. I do not recommend it, or rather for 50 euro found a normal hotel with all comfort, clean and a decent breakfast.
