Very boutique like room, if that's what you like. Nice complimentary chocolate and water in the room. Hotel common areas and pool are top notch. Valet parking was great.

Very pleasant atmosphere, even if you just sit in for a while.

The Price and quality are absolutely not adequate. Stayed in the room for $1000 night, so even bed linen and cockroaches.

It takes time to enjoy it…

Great experience, an amazing hotel. They took care of all our needs. Amazing food, chef is a world class chef. We stayed there for Passover and felt like kings and queens. Amazing.

We were greeted Perfectly. Put. The rooms are Comfortable. In Our room did not work air conditioning, offered to move to another, more comfortable room. Parking near the hotel is available. The Guest parking with the entrance is very good. Food also liked. From the coast of 200 meters. In the Evening it is very convenient to walk along the promenade.

Price quality does not match. I won't say anything new about the staff. But, $300 deposit for mini-bar in which two cans of cola and water-it is too (the deposit has not returned) The room is great (we had 27m with balcony) everything is beautiful and not cheap, but there is no noise insulation. The prices in the restaurant are inadequate. Breakfast is kosher. The beach is ready for the summer construction. As well as the side of the hotel (apparently built another hotel). In general, I would know, for $350 a night would choose something else.

Clean rooms and nice location. Many things in walking distance and perfect for the beach. But the staff and waiters were not really friendly overall. Not something you would expect from a hotel in that price category. We will probably not come again, because you can easily get something better for even less money.

Pretty clean suture leaves you to crave some services to the rooms.

Great location, courtesy and professionalism. Too bad to be here in advance. The weather wasn't much.

Very good hotel with a nice view of the beach and the city.

For an establishment that is meant to be 5 star, the first service encounter leaves much to be desired! I was asked if I was checking in, upon arrival at reception. My answer of "yes" to that question, was interpreted as it being possible to immediately do so. Only to be told I would have to wait until 12h00 (fair, but not ideal as I could endure the wait), after an additional USD 600 was asked from me! Note that I had fully paid my accommodation upfront upon making my reservation, prior to check in. The reason given to me on the rationale for this additional payment/deposit, was that it was "international standards"! Really!, the principle behind a deposit is for payment security, incase one doesn't make payment of the goods/services ultimately consumed. I paid the additional fee anyhow, wanting to be done with the administrative process, so I could check in, following an overnight long haul flight. Only to be told, once this payment had now gone off my account, that I can only now check in at 15h00 and they would try their best to make it earlier! Note to the establishment — your service levels and conduct are what distinguish a commoditized offering such as accommodation. If this is your understanding of 5 start treatment, you still have a long way to go, especially if you are going to quote "international standards" as the rationale underlying your off market practises, more so targeting global clientele.

Everyone at the hotel from the Check in Counter (Rami) to the Spa Staff to the Concierge were extremely helpful and friendly. First class experience:

Good breakfast. Breakfast was very poor.

Comfortable, clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi. Very rich and versatile breakfast. Waiters in restaurant could have been more attentive, our orders were forgotten several times.

Simply top, super accommodating, very friendly, lots of relaxation. And that's on Tel Aviv's seafront promenade.

Convenient location-close to the city center and the beach-the main advantage of this hotel. The rest is all on the top three. Service can be courteous, but the request to bring a bottle of wine answer was fast-brought a small bottle for 300 dollars. But the buffet in the morning is gorgeous, a wide variety of dishes. The rooms are small and uncomfortable. The windows are dirty, so it is impossible to admire the sea.

Very good hotel in Tel Aviv with a restaurant bin but for what is the pool it's really a pity that it is covered because in summer when it's hot it's not top
The restaurant in the hotel is really good and they have a card with good products and also a good wine cellar
Little advice is to take the sea view.

Excellent amenities but unfortunately the swimming pool is not open during the winter season. Many of the rooms have balconies overlooking both downtown Tel Aviv and the beach front. Free dark chocolate. Funky lighting.

This was a classic hotel, staff, food, lounge and pool, was great! Clean, good and lots of foods with variety. I was comfortable, concierge was very halpful! Treated me like family, all assistance to me was pleasant, I will return there. Yes!

I am conquered, this hotel is modern, the rooms are spacious and contemporary, the breakfast is fairy (tiramisu, cheese Kake, salad Cesar, NEMS, croissants… an impressive choice), the service is up to the task. We tested the restaurant West inside and we are almost gastronomic, to hide it I have never seen better.

Near the sea. The view is chic, if you do not take into account some renovation work on the shore. Food class. I can't say anything about rooms. Was only at the conference, but also a well arranged hall for not a lot of people.

Great room, really comfortable beds. We had access to the business lounge and great value for money. Food and drink available most of the day and alcohol was in the evening 5-10pm. We were on our honeymoon and the hotel gave us just married t shirts which was a nice touch. Good location for exploring the city.

I waited 1 h in the lobby and they still don't give us the room. Poor service. Never again this hotel! No special breakfast.

Great hotel, good service, insane breakfast buffet. No refrigeration in the room as the minibar charges automatically.

A Darling Hotel with great view of the beach. Delicious restaurant, breakfast food. Great service of the Business Lounge. Very friendly and helpfull staff members.

True 5 star hotel. Very modern, clean, high tech — free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel with good signal. Excellent food and service. Has a beautiful clean pool with excellent view of the sea. Located right across the beach. Staff was always accommodating and ready to help. Definitely will back next time I am back in Israel.

Very trendy hotel. Great service (our TV wasn't working so we called downstairs and in less than 5 minutes they had someone come upstairs and fix it), great quality bedrooms with fancy RBG lighting! Only gripes would be that for some dinner costs $30 per day and some hallways smell of smoke because of smoking rooms.

This is the most beautiful and elegant hotel in Tell Aviv… Super short distance to the beach… Most beautiful pool… Great staff… Very comfortable beds… Can't get better. The sunset is just everything.

My favourite hotel in Tel Aviv. Nice rooms with a great view, very pleasant and helpful people working there. The food is excellent and the gym is great. Also has a beautiful swimming pool with a view of the sea.

Good place, because of waves unfortunately big part of the coast was closed and if you want to swim you have to go to a place with a lot of people like in a pool. The sea is awesome! Good sand, clean beach, warm water, showers everywhere. Also it's good place for surfers.

I Never thought that I will write bad review on 5 star hotel. First, you don't get free parking as a hotel guest (on others like Sheraton you get), second, I got room with a view to others room balcony, third, I think my room was close to electric closet and every 5 minutes I heard a wierd electric noise like somebody electrocuted. Fourth, everytime somebody from the floors above us flush the toilet we heard loud noise of the water system, it was so annoying that we had to keep closing the bathroom door. Fifth, we orderd fast food and the doorman didnt let the delivery guy enter the hotel for give us the delivery. Sixth, the pool located under the hotel structure which causing shadow all over the area. The sun reach only to half part of the tanning beds area.

Great stylish design hotel, a few minutes from the sea — only the way go. This is its main advantage.

Horrible hotel. I'm a bride I asked to pay to have a late check out. They said it can only be done the night before. I'm a bride and the makeup artist and hair stylist need to come to the room and I have no way of knowing If they can give me a late check out.

Location great — rooms nice — lounge food 3 out of 5 — breakfast — I have had better elsewhere. Nice hotel and amenities but lacking in the food department.

I am currently staying at the hotel. This is my third and last time staying at this hotel or any of their properties. Just wanted to get food tonight the bartender said the kitchen is closed room service only, go back to the room call room service they say the bar is only serving food. When trying to call for the concierge I was told he went home for the night this was at 11:30 p. M. This is just poor customer service and there's no reason to stay here when there are so many other lovely options in Tel Aviv.

Actually not bad at all: hotel is very well located, food is definitely on the high scale, amazing view and very nice service. You fell that the hotel is doing its best to succeed. I will go back again!

I have been there, late May 2015. Held a business meeting. Great place and very nice service.
