Bad hotel experience. Doesn't deserve 3 stars. Rooms are not clean and needs maintenance. Swimming pool is not clean, and the service around the pool is disaster.

Nice hotel. Close and old center and office buildings. Convenient. Excellent service. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean and tidy. Air conditioning is adjustable. Breakfast is expensive but there is a choice. We went to the cafes nearby. Recommend.

All equipment in the gym is really old. Got to be renovated immediately. The situation in the gym and in the spa became even worse. There was no water in the gym and when I asked receptionist to bring he told me that the hotel ran out of water. It is obviously ridiculous. When other day there was no water in the gym and it took them an HOUR (! ) to bring one. Twice there were no fresh towels in the gym and in the spa. KEEP AWAY of this place — it is going down and fast!

Reception where they don't even understand English. At least great buffet breakfast.

The hotel is not very clean and run down. The cleaning staff do a bad job of not cleaning the rooms. The toilet of the room (a suite…) I stayed in smells like a misused public toilet. The disposae paper cups I used were not changed for the entire 3 days. The sofa in the living room had only one back rest as against two. The staff do not pay attention to details and not very polite. This is my last stop in a 7 day stay in Isreal and my holiday was almost ruined. I had to check out to go stay in another hotel for one night Charles.

At the Hotel there is a banquet service by the company הדר הפודים בע "מ. Formerly, הדר סיטי טוואר בע" מ. Since the change of owners in the last year, the service and the quality of the food, have come down. The property is newly refurbished and very nice, with a modern touch.

Good quality hotel close to transport links and with easy access to key areas of Tel Aviv. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good facilities.

Every detail from check in to check out was horrendous. They're so mismanaged they mistaked our room for a check out room and walked into our room 3, THREEEEE times while me and my wife were sleeping. Yes, 3 times while we slept, these rude people with no experience with hospitality they walked into my room. By checkout time, they called our rooms, knocked, and paraded the hallways to usher their guests out of the hotel, mind you this was a family with over 15 rooms and treated all our guests such. Toilets didn't flush and ran throughout the entire 5 day stay. When we called for maintenance, they said no one was available, meanwhile the toilet stayed full.

Great service, beautiful hotel, delicious food and good massages! Will definitively come back!

This isn't the first time I'm visiting and enjoying the Spa in this hotel. Pleasant atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly service and professional massage. From the pool floor, you can enjoy the urban view of Tel Aviv. Recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Leonardo hotel. The accommodations were top notch, and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay again the next time I am in Tel Aviv. Highly recommended!

It was worthy of 4 stars that of Jerusalem. Culinary taste.

The service is excellent, the hotel staff are very attentive to our needs. Our room is particularly nice, with a beautiful view and lots of sunlight. But I must say the breakfast is amazing. This is my first time to Israel, and it is a delight to wake up to so much delectable variety. From the family of 1608 and 1609, thank you very much!

Medium Smart TV, fast internet. Amazing view from the window. The hotel itself considers itself five-star. However, a number of shortcomings suggest that this is not quite so. There are no slippers, bathrobe, water in the room. On the walls, spot lamps. The sockets fall off and hang on the wires. Dust on the cabinet thickness of 2-3 cm. Kovrolan was cleaned, as a result remained what a tiled cold floor. The furniture is all old. Doors and furniture have not changed since the construction of this hotel 15 years ago. In the bathroom there are bottles with gel and shampoo, but from time they entered the jelly-like condition, which makes them difficult to use. The pool is, however very old, the tiles fall off, everything is very old, and naturally no one is going to repair it. Two elevators, had to wait for 5-10 minutes. The bathroom itself is in terrible condition. When I thought why all these shortcomings are not eliminated, then came to the conclusion that this is a hotel and do not need. Customers and without it is enough. At the reception three managers, to each queue of 4-5 people. While people go there, they will not invest in upgrades and repairs. Business district, near the diamond Exchange. Metro station. There are eateries and coffee shops everywhere.

Its an old hotel. Not so clean. Everything is old. And hole between room is note air-conditioned. So its hell hot there. Only if you geat really cheap price its worth of it.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and this is the first time in my life I have gone online to complain about a hotel. The treatment we got here was just so terrible that feel obligated to warn people about this hotel. There are “life guards” who work in the swimming pool area. This area is the nicest area in the hotel and we chose the hotel for that reason only. These so called life guards are not there to guard anyones life. This is a small area where everyone can see each other and there is no threat of anybody drowning. These men who do not seem to serve any purpose, seem to want purpose so bad that they will spend all there time harassing guests of the hotel. They make up fake rules that they force upon guests, like “no children in the jacuzzi” and “parents must not stay more than 1-2 meters away from their children in the pool. ” My son for example is 7 years old and he is a good swimmer. I had put arm floaties on his arms and he was walking around in the shallow end of the pool where he can easily stand with most of his body above water. I was lying on a bench not more than 2 meters away from the pool and I was talking to my son. The “life guard” came running towards us almost screaming at me in front of everyone “TOGETHER! TOGETHER” waiving his hands to suggest that I have to be in the pool with him at all times. This was done in such a rude and disrespectful manner that I have no words to describe it.

The hotel is really not 8.1 as booked. Breakfast was terrible. It started with a noise and a mess. 10 minutes for the omelet. Unrepaired tables. A 30-minute line at the barista. It went on until at 5:00 PM they did not clean the room.

A bit loud even on the 17th floor. Door car reader doesn't work well.

Nice place but small rooms.

If I would give them zero stars I would! Where do I start… 1) The room was extremely dirty: stained carpet, cigarette smoke smell (non-smoking room), mold in the shower. 2) they charged an obscene amount of money for less than average room: $230 for a room that you can barely move in. 3) The staff was extremely unfriendly: no smiles, no response to my questions, treating me as if I am third class customer. 4) AC was not working, unless you call mildly cool air streaming from the AC adequate given extremely hot weather in the summer. My request to fix it went unanswered, stating that the service personnel is not available. 5) WI-FI was only limited to one device, which is below what is customary in other hotels of that type. Additional device was charged 10$ an hour — totally ridiculous. 6) The bar charged us 50$ for two sandwiches and water, don't remember eating a mediocre meal for that price. 7) the only good thing is location and this is about it. Stay away unless you want to spoil your vacation!
