Really nice rooms. Perfect location. Staff is friendly and attentive. The included breakfast and the patio to have it on are a perfect combination to start the day.

It's not a boutique hotel, it's a hostel. Refused to settle in such dirt for 1, 000 shekels a day. Look for another one.

Lovely little hotel very good located near the beach. Very nice people works in TLV88. The rooms are nice, some have a very small bathroom and some are not so good located the view on a wall. Ask for a seaview room and superior room. Our bathroom was very small and the shower was dated. They have a very good restaurant, with excellent meals and also breakfast is very good a kind of tapas and you can order different kind of eggs and more if it’s not enough!

Currently staying at this wonderful find. Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, amazing restaurant and best little rooftop terrace. Could not be happier staying here in this amazing city of Tel Aviv. PS best location you could ever wish for.

Quite expensive but very basic. Maintaining is poor thorough out the hotel. Bathrooms are very small and poorly maintained. No hot water. Very noisy road. Breakfast is the only positive thing. Won't go there again.

Lovely little hotel across the street from the beach in a great neighborhood in Tel Aviv. Clean and comfortable. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Very nice staff at the hotel and restaurant. Walking distance to almost everything in Tel Aviv… The hotel is a bit dated and some of the rooms are small, but it is still a wonderful place to stay.

When we first pulled up I was very happy. The location was perfect, the rooms are clean and very nice we had room 402 with a view of the beach to the side and the city straight ahead. Coffee was always restocked and the rooms were done up so nice. My favorite part was the staff, both the hotel and the restaurant. We were spending so much time trying to experience tel-aviv that we almost missed the best meal right downstairs. Thank you for a wonderful first experience in tel-aviv. It climbed high up to my top 2 places. Hopefully we will be back with no tourist stuff to do and just enjoy the laid back feeling of this beautiful city.

Clean and more than decent rooms, friendly staff, helpful and very attentive. The hotel, close to the sea, offers a seafood menu of excellent quality, although not too cheap. Breakfast offers a wide choice of dishes and meals.

Hotel is ok and breakfast is fine but I keep chabbat and they KICKED US OUT on a Saturday at 11 am. I’ve been to different hotels a many times and never got kicked out on a suturday. We had to sit at the beach for hours till chabbat was out. Bad experience for our 4 years anniversairy and even worst because we had to pay 700 NIS for not even spending 24 hours there.

Had a Friday breakfast in that perfect location. Just in front of Bugrashov beach, with great service and wide variety of dishes. French toast was the best!

We just had one of the best breakfast in town. About the rooms I don't know but they look nice.

Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The front desk is very helpful with whatever your circumstances. The rooms are very clean and stocked with great dead sea products.

Very well located small hotel. My room was a bit too small and also noisy as located in the lowest floor. Breakfast was amazing!

From check-in until check-out, we had a wonderful experience. Thankfully, we were on the main floor, so we didn't have to carry suitcases upstairs. Our room was not too big, but big enough for two and we had a lovely, private patio as well. The restaurant off the lobby had delicious options for dinner and the breakfast was the best we had in Tel Aviv.

The place is clean light and nearly on the beach. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The only thing weissrd wad a kettle to male hot drinks.

An overwhelming stench fills the hallways and private bathrooms. The staff have a real lack of care but are still friendly. Nice facilities but the whole place is structured poorly making it good only for a short term stay (1 to 2 nights max). Breakfast was tasty but not fresh…

The hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hotel let us stay in another building, in something they called a “room” but was a rebuilt garage with no windows nor any ventilation. This wasn’t even the worst, the main entrance was a glassed door that we couldn’t lock. During the night a homeless guy came in and slept on the floor outside. He coughed all night and I couldn’t sleep so I went to the reception to tell, I got the answer “what is the problem? ”. I don’t have anything against homeless but it’s nothing you expect outside your door in a hotel. The TLV88 hotel didn’t consider returning money or make a discount for that night.

Cheating promised mini Hotel Elite got in about with shared toilet promised only a shared bathroom but toilet was on 4 rooms. Our Maximum size 8 squares. Bed around which a strip of 50 cm and all. This "elite".

Were in this hotel with 8.05 po family with desyatiletnij daughter. Booking a penthouse with a private terrace and Jacuzzi on it, with sea view, wanted to enjoy the rest! Going into the room, slightly confused by neverest and slovenliness rooms, but out on the balcony and saw the sea, all was as it is not so important. Waking up in the morning, I noticed on my body incomprehensible education. Deciding that this was a response to the water in the Jacuzzi, asked in reception, as often change the water, when he heard the answer that daily, us buried and forgotten. But not for long! Every day we went on tours of Israel, and came to the hotel only to sleep. The next day the same tracks appeared my daughter!?! Then the husband, too, lived on the floor below our friends, and they have! Deciding what about us water slightly cheated, we stopped to use it. But traces increased in number and wildly itched. Moreover, some began to appear pustules! But for us to leave. Once home, I first signed up to the dermatologist. It turned out that this BED BUG BITES!
