Great place, and even better location near the beach! The better rooms even provide a private jacuzzi on a spacious balcony. Common facilities in the hotel are a bit small unfortunately. During peak season maximum capacity is reached quickly during breakfast rush hours for example. The friendly and helpful staff manage however very well, great job!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. In addition to being gorgeous and swanky, the staff is incredibly helpful and accessible. They do everything to make your stay as pleasurable and convenient as possible, going above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. The breakfast is delicious and in a beautiful space. The rooms are extremely tasteful with luxurious bedding, serene bathrooms and upscale bath products. Really can't say enough wonderful things about this spot-on boutique experience. When going from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, we canceled our original reservation at a different hotel in Jerusalem just so we could stay in Villa Brown, one of the sister hotels, and the staff at both locations did everything in their power to help make this happen on such a last minute basis.

This hotel's main theme is: Feels almost premium. It's got a great location close to the sea, but with little to no views of the coast itself. The design and material condition are good, except for a few exceptions such as a notable mold odour coming from the wall to wall rug. The food on the morning included breakfast is diverse and interesting and pretty tasty too except for the not so fresh pastries and a tad bit fermented squeezed orange juice. I should note our room was upgraded when we arrived regardless of the above.

This hotel is perfectly located near the waterfront. We had a room with a balcony and hot tub and we weren’t disappointed at all. A special thank you to the front desk and kitchen staff (during breakfasts) who is always nice and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel and we’ll sure be staying there next time we’re visiting Tel Aviv.

Don’t be fooled by the sea view pictures. By far, the worst hotel in Tel Aviv. Located right in front of a construction site, hotel provides guests no moments of peace or relaxation. By day — construction noise. By night — extremely loud tacky music. Service is dismissive and design is grotesque.

Just stayed one night in this hotel and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay. We had our 2 small children (9 and 6 years old) and the staff couldn't have looked after us more. The decor is fantastic, location perfect, small details to give extra touches everywhere! Staff super helpful and friendly Thank you and hope to see you soon.

Nice and cosy boutique hotel in a well placed spot near the beach! fantastic breakfast and nice and welcoming staff. Good to be able to use the complementary bikes for a ride (but they are often booked! ). Room is well furnished but a little "unfinished".

Horrible experience! service was horrible, other than charging a room premium — they didnt care about anything — nothing promised arrived on time and when we ordered water we were told "the hotel run out" and were advised to "drink the water from the sink"… seriously?! Thats just lame customer service and shocking… not a place I would return to… the lobby staff doesnt welcome you and dont care about the hotel guests, just rude about it all… shame.

Had a nice time here for a new years eve party, music was just a little to loud and the club was packed/crowded but the atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the snacks too.

With stained carpets, mold on the walls, construction sites all around and lack of service, the price is just unreasonable. This hotel might got 4 stars when it was new, but nowadays, it is far from it. It is a nicely designed hotel with spacious rooms and good location but overall bad experience. Lack of service and bad management made me regret my decision to spend roughly 600$ for a single night which was our wedding night. For this amount, we (and you) could find a much better place to stay in Tel Aviv.

This hotel is very stylish and modern but don't expect a beautiful a sea view or you will be severely disappointed. We hope you don't fall for the beautiful sea view pictures they are falsely advertising. We paid a premium expecting a beautiful sea view only to see ugly massive construction and loud construction noise that you can hear through the double pane windows. We complained to the manager at the time, Raul, and he was not very responsive. He was polite but lacked in hospitality client service skills not really validating our extreme disappointment and offering any solution. We are now stuck paying a premium for a view of a massive construction site. I hope other people can avoid this massive disappointment by reading this review. I wish someone had left this review before I had chosen this hotel.

There is a major construction site next to the hotel now. Extremely noisy even though the double pane windows. Overpriced for this reason. No room service. Carpet full of stains. Seaview rooms now face the construction site and no longer have sea view. Hotel management unwilling to provide compensation if you booked Seaview. Suggest to look elsewhere.

We booked a breakfast for two. First, upon arriving there was no record of that booking. After a small debate we finally got a table. The service was really unorganized, unprofessional and as slow as it can be. We left the restaurant dissatisfied and hungry…

We purchased a breakfast deal from Groupon it was a horrible experience. I have never seen worse service in Israel the waitress left us without the menu for 20 minutes. They ignored our constant calls, in the end they brought us only half of the things we ordered and it took them another 30 min to bring the rest of it. In the meantime we ran out of bread, butter and such stuff. I had to get up 4 times to ask for a knife and a fork. One of the waitresses said she has finished the shift and can not help me. She actually opened a drawer to show me they had no clean forks the food was also pretty bad. Small portions and poor choice. other people complained as well. Everyone. this was the restaurant of the hotel and it is really below any standard avoid at all costs.

A stunning looking new hotel with a sophisticated design and a hot cocktail bar. Very expensive. Very stylish.
