Great hotel, good facilities, a stuff very helpful. I would definitely reccomend it to everyone.

It's a nice hotel. Delicious to eat.

This hotel depends on the type of room you book. They have many different types and I've been to the cheapest which I greatly disliked and renovated ones that are MUCH nicer and more modern. Mostly the hotel is great for groups and conferences as they have many different sized private rooms you can have meals in or events. The food also depends on which chef is working at the time. My last stay in the renovated rooms and having meals with a big group in a private hall is what I rated four stars. I also like the lobby area that has many couches to accommodate lots of small groups.

Very nice welcome and upgrade in a very large suite. Comfortable and well-air-conditioned, restaurant open until 11pm, nice service and wonderful lunch to recommend. Close to Ben Gurion Airport. Very clean and spacious hotel with well equipped rooms.

Rooms were nice. Surroundings were okay (fake grass in the "garden ") breakfast very good.

Sitting down in the lobby for a work meeting Or date is a pleasant experience. Quiet and luxurious environment. Sitting allowed only after an order of 35 nis per person.

Do not book with this hotel. They deserve minus stars. Staff is extremely condescending and rude. They refused to refund my money even though my booking said free cancellation and I received a confirmation from Expedia for free cancellation. And they charged my credit card the full amount for the rooms not just the deposit. I will never stay in this hotel after the way I was treated.

Clean rooms, very good cleaning service. Fridge is big enough to take. Several 1, 5 l bottles water. Pillows really hard and not comfortable for sleep; breakfast, as it is a Sport Hotel, not much variaty of "unhealthy & delicious" food Note: I was booked into by dealer market, not by my own company 10 minutes car drive into Center Tel Aviv.

Amazing hotel! They have a beautiful spa, swimming pool, and workout room. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Overall I loved it.

Hotel with a slightly higher average standard, equipped with comfort. Wi-Fi free in the rooms. Welcome Kit in the bathroom. Two sore notes, the mini bar in the room was empty and the dinner (not international) was at Buffett. There is no wine list, or a menu of dishes, which is why the dining room seemed like a twinning between a public canteen + an Apple store in Black Friday!

Good place for a conference. Haven't stayed in the hotel itself. Ate there a few times in the past and lunch was pretty good.

The building is basketball!, clean, and the interior of the house is slightly old. Early dining diversification, afternoon dining late dining poor. There is a garden, swimming pool, Spa, less parking place.

Great Hotel, great breakfast buffet, very green around. Portogalo rooms are spacious and comfortable. The reception is very much cared for.

I only was at meeting hall facilities and they were very outdated and a poorly managed. Even a newest meeting space looks cheap. Can not be recommended for company's meetings.

Very popular place for people who love sports. Bicycles are offered for hire but these bicycles are not up-to-date and very affected. At the breakfast buffet you can eat plenty of egg dishes and fish dishes, but unfortunately it fails at the sausage.

Great fitness and sports hotel. If you want to do bike rides, I recommend taking your own bike with you. The bikes for borrowing are not exactly demanding.

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast and dinner were both very good and there was a lot of choice. Our bedroom was on the fourth floor. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but we would definitely recommend it!

Not recommended. Prices are high and value — for-money poor. Our room was small and had neither a seating area nor a balcony as promised; we received no upgrade in spite of paying for my sons' rooms and Sabbath meals for eight, totaling over $4, 000. Service was poor, unhelpful and often rude and abrupt. Management kept a low profile. The $32 dollar breakfast lacked good coffee, orange juice and smoked salmon. Even the pool was closed on Mondays (but nobody seemed to know).

Hall way carpet very dirty. Hotel staff makes lot of noice early in the morning. Excellent breakfast, polite staff.

Clean, great service, comfortable beds. The AC is a bit off as it's either you are hot or cold and can't set it according to temp.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite, the 3 stars are for the 3 televisions that were relatively new. The rest of the room was outdated, doors were rickety and wouldn't close properly. Small balcony with city view, albeit a nice one. Large selection for breakfast, no fresh juices. Weird since the hotel is 20 kms from jaffa.

Beautiful campus. The rooms are clean, and many of them have a cute little balcony. It is kind of off the beaten path, can't walk to restaurants and such. However, there are plenty of attractions a short cab ride away.

I usually don't write reviews, overall I had a great time visiting Israel. I came to Israel in March 2016 for 9 days for vacation should have taken a longer vacation. Now about the hotel had a nice experience even though I didn't spend much time in the hotel. The breakfast was awesome, plentiful. Room was big and the bed was comfortable. Staff was nice Would have never known I wasn't in the USA. Now if the hotel can just do something about that rooster that kept waking me up at 4am.

A great hotel for people with car. Close to the airport. Has a lot of sport facilities include children. The service we had was quite good except of the lobby restaurant which was very bad service. The breakfast was very big with a lot of variety. The rooms were excellent.

But under clean the Israelis understand staff something else as I. However, it is clean for Israeli conditions.

A bit disappointed with the Hotel, in the hotels webpage and in the booking com it’s written that Sport facilities are open at all times accept Mondays where it’s partially open. However on Saturday it was closed at 7 pm, however reception told that the tennis courts are open and after few calls they discovered that it’s closed. It’s unprofessional for staff to not know when it’s open or closed and also this information should be available to guest’s prior making reservations!

Furniture is a bit overused otherwise I love the room and the place with tons of services is a great stay…

Good food and the room is nice, the area is the Best thing, so quite and Green everywere the big two pools and the wole place.
