One of Israel's leading hotels, if you're looking for peace of mind and relaxation, this is the place! I was pleased to discover that in the middle of the week, on Tuesdays, dinner is cooked in various pavilions in front of the guest and served by the cook. This refreshing change varied the culinary experience of the guests. Fitness training has also changed and is much more dynamic than before. I experienced minor malfunctions in service, my suitcase was taken to another room but immediately returned. You can also get lemon water every morning by placing a sign outside the door but for some reason, the water was not placed near our room despite our request. Despite those things, staying at this hotel is a perfect deal. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is amazing. For my wife and me this is the best hotel in Israel!

Had an amazing and relaxing time! Every detail is considered and taken care of. My wife and I came here on the fun day pass for our honeymoon and were not disappointed. The breakfast was incredible and the chocolate couples massage was very luxurious and relaxing.

Pros: Food itself was good, facilities are ok and the spa treatment was great. Cons: The staff is mostly amateur especially in the restaurant. Rooms are old and very outdated, we got 2 twin beds as the king bed with 2 separate small blankets. It's more like 3-4 stars rooms. wine bar closes at 10pm don't expect to do anything after I got locked outside of the hotel for staying out in the back watching stars. I would not recommend for those who like the full smooth experience.

The non-realistic amount of money that they charge for 1 night (it is not 24 hours stay, because we received the room at 17:00 and day after the check out was at 12:00) is not reasonable at all. The hotel is pretty old, the rooms are cosy but old fashioned. The mattress was standard 1.90 and it was 2 single mattresses together instead of king size, which is funny because in all deluxe hotels I was before the mattress was king size at least 2 meters long. The spa is OK, not really number 1 in the muddle east.

Truly beautiful resort with impressive amenities which is ridiculously over priced and also over hyped. The setting is lovely with nice pools, a spa and activities well suited for the third age clientele, but we hardly used any of these. Our room had a nice view, but while inviting and well kept, was small and underwhelming. I will note the dining room that served the best food I had in a Kosher hotel with an impressive buffet and nice mains. Still, it's a hotel dining room and you can find better food in most nice restaurants. Bottom line — unless you're totally into pools, spas and crochet lessons, you can have a better time for a much lower price in most boutique hotels and nice restaurants elsewhere in Israel.

The good: Excellent SPA treatments, The food is amazing! And the variety is huge. Breakfast and dinner are more than enough, you don't have to have lunch. Pool and gym are also great. Staff if mostly kind and quiet. The bad: Wi-Fi is horrible! Below any standards. Rooms are kinda small, and the shower is okay, but no bath.

Wonderful place with great views. The food suprised a lot, very-very tasty both breakfast and dinner. In the evening we enjoyed live guitar music sitting near the fireplace in the lobby area. Spa, Turkish hammam, jacuzzi, sauna, relaxing areas with views to the forest, flowers, birds and sea… Very silent place. Enjoed my stay there, wish to come back again :)

I highly recommend taking a stroll on one of the path ways right outside the gate, the guard can provide a map and some water bottles.

This place is amazing! It is a little pricey but worth every penny. It is so quiet and relaxing that you don't want to leave. The staff is very friendly and polite. There is a little problem with parking area but they offer valley parking. In the spa area, there is a healthy tea for your enjoyment. The rooms are well equipped and include TV, safe, king size bed, and plenty storage for your clothes. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. There is a jacuzzi in the indoor pool area and also a solarium. The guests are requested not to use their mobile phones in the public areas. The food variety and taste is fantastic. Doesn't matter what we ordered, it was amazingly tasty. There is a free Wi-Fi.

Great hotel and facilities. The recent upgrade to decor/furniture and choice of food is well throughout. Have been many times over the last ten years and will continue to visit.

The service was great, they were very responsive and fast about any request or problem that we had. Cleanness should be improved. The classes were great, the pools are nice, and relaxation is made very possible with the peace and quiet that the place offers. BTW, the food was great!

Recommended luxury spa hotel, with a very relaxed, healthy atmosphere. Beautiful location, up at the north of Israel. Great facilities with lots of optional activities — most for no additional cost. The food is fantastic. One of the best hotels I've ever been too.

Super quite place. No childrens. Green, in the middle of the forest. Very good sevice & Spa. No full board since Aug2015. The food is nice looking but not always tasty.
