Beautiful Location. Nice room. Nerd to give instructions on pool tiles shower, safe. All needed to be guessed.

It was clean and the nicest I sew in this area stayed hear for 2 nights.

Beautiful, quaint, historic hotel. Somewhat lackadaisical front desk staff, but reasonably pleasant. Hotel is close to artist galleries and local eateries. Breakfast is good, with adequate selection. Rooms don't have many electric outlets which is troublesome. Views are stunning. The pool is beautiful when open.

Stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our room. We had a balcony and a separate patio, there was lots of greenery that gave it a nostalgic feeling. The bathroom was nice. The bed very comfortable. It was quite and relaxing, woke to the birds singing in the morning. The food is fantastic, lots to choose from and desserts were great. Morning coffee done by their barista was a great start to the day. The staff was friendly and pleasant. I will definitely come back.

We had a great experience at this hotel, cozy place, comfortable beds, and nice rooms, staff is very friendly in the dining room and all over, but hands down to Miri, special thanks for your kindly and professional help especially for our group that wasn't so easy.

We stayed for a couple of days this week in Ruth Rimonim Hotel in Safed — a very special hotel in a very special city. Enjoyed both very much. We recommend.

Fabulous rooms, landscape, surroundings. Proper Israeli hotel food. There is an open pool and a spa. Highly recommended.

Nice views. Breakfast food is varied and decent. Rooms could definitely be cleaner (dust on floors and furniture, hair in the bathroom, and dirty coffee mugs). Some improvements to the rooms could be nice, but they're comfortable. Photos on the website are of the prettier rooms, which is not what we got. After trip update: our bank statement had an extra $30 charge (not included on our final invoice) that we emailed the hotel about. We never heard back and had to go through our bank to get that money back.

Nice hotel with restrictions. Somewhat secluded, but quiet and beautiful view. Staff shold be more friendly and is unmotivated. Also the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The food is warmed up and the same for days until the end. For few guests is not cooked, the food is careless and overcooked. Not recommendable!

This hotel is made up of several buildings that do not connect, making it confusing and difficult to navigate. Our family of 4 were given interconnecting rooms on the top floor. The elevator did not take us up to our floor so we had to walk with heavy bags up one flight of stairs. Despite this, our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We visited in winter so the pool was not operational and had turned a disgusting green color. We all enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. The views from the dining room are beautiful.

Beautiful hotel in the ancient city of Tzfat. Rooms are spacious and well mainated. Hotel service is on point and the restaurant food is delicious.

I came with a group of more than 50 people to celebrate a festive occasion but as we arrived the nightmare started. Half our group arrived at evening and there was not a single member of the hotel staff at the front desk to greet us save for the security guard who only spoke hebrew and not a word of english. We were then forced to find the rooms and carry all our bags by ourselves to the rooms without a trolly or hotel staff member. The rooms! We had two rooms with BLOODY bed spreads and one room with sanitary papers in the bathroom and hair all over the floors. But of course there was no staff member around to help us clean the room or switch rooms. This would never happen at a any reputable hotel. Why weren't the rooms checked for cleanliness? The only solace the hotel has is it's location. But that has nothing to do with it's staff or Management. Why doesn't management have staff members available at the reception desk to greet guests? Why doesn't Management have the cleaning crew inspect rooms to insure cleanliness?

This was our return visit, the first 9 years ago. It was not a positive experience. The hotel is in disrepair, peeling paint and dated. The staff was not friendly or caring to us as guests. The breakfast was ok, not at all great. I would never return here to stay. Peg — California, USA.
