Nice hotel with staff that was very helpful.

Food, location and the view, and the staff, they are all amazing.

This hotel is beautifully placed on a hill side above the Sea of Galilee. The staff was helpful, bar entertaining, and the pool was wonderful.

The view of the Mesopotamia was very beautiful from my window view. I truly enjoyed the hotel/the services provided.

I was here on a group trip and did not pay for the room so I cannot comment on price. However, the room was okay and all my needs were met. Would recommend.

DO NOT stay at this hotel. On the 2nd day I had 100 shekels stolen from my wallet as well as $100 Canadian dollars and $260 American dollars stolen from INSIDE my suitcase. My friend who I was sharing a room with also had 230 shekels stolen from her wallet. ADDITIONALLY, another friend of ours had 200 Euros stolen from his room as well on the same day. We immediately went to hotel management when we realized all of the missing money and no one bothered to review who went in and out of the room. We asked them to question the cleaning staff as our door was closed and locked the entire time and no one cared to do anything about it. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Beautiful lake view. Polite staff. Never a complaint for this hotel althoug some areas and rooms are a bit tired. Suggest to book the renovated rooms which are really nice. Owner and staff always there to help. Little spa available if you have spare time. No luxury just a small spa area.

Generally liked the hotel with some qualifications. Pros: clean rooms with nice beds, amazing view (our room was on the 8th floor) of the Sea of Galilee, friendly hotel staff, super nice gift shop owner, tasty food in the dining room Cons: small lifts, weird food choices (for American palates) for breakfast, seemed like a bit of a sketchy side of town, if you like lots of pillows you've got a problem Mainly a good review, but came with a holy land tour group so we didn't have a choice of hotels, but overall quite pleasant. Think of this like an older Best Western or Ramada Inn, charming with a few blemishes.

I liked the place. They've treated us well, and it's nice. A normal hotel, for those in the area, and I find that advisable. It has a breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner which is not bad. Maybe it is not very well located, but Tiberias is actually a small town and by car everything is very close. The room was correct, clean, although the facilities are noticed that they are no longer to the last.

The bathroom floor mat had blood marks on it. The rooms was very old looking. They are poorly designed and cleaned. The rooms on the bottom floor desperately needs renovation so ask for a room near the top floor. I did not enjoy the food at this hotel particularly. Bathroom was not clean. The hot tub does not heat. Many of the rooms on the bottom floor have a weird smell to them especially when you try to run the A/C. Some how my friends and I got locked outside the hotel in the pool area. The weight room is very low quality.

Breakfast at the hotel was decent. Dinner was better. Hotel is near town. Within 15-20mins walking distance. Good view of the lake. Piano in the lobby was available for anyone to play which was really nice.

I visited with my church out of Arkansas. The hotel is beautiful. Our hotel room had a view that looked over the sea of Galilee. We had awesome service from the front desk, especially from Walid. He was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good time and good service. Thanks Walid Brittney, Tosha, Lisa.

An Israeli elevator, on each floor, is not known about the elevator position. Like Israel's architecture, the emphasis on functionality is greater than aesthetic comfort, the hotel is located in Galilee L. The scenery is pleasant, beautiful scenery!

Nice hotel with views of Lake Galilee and the Golan Heights. Partly in need of renovation. Parking spaces directly in front of the house. Walking distance to the city is however relatively far.

Spent two lovely nights here. Comfortable room and the views from my 5th floor room were just breathtaking. For breakfast, you are spoilt for choice.

Was not clean, air conditioner did not work, hot water maker in room was full of mold, did not clean the glasses in room, asked for washcloth 2 x by phone and 2 x in person was told would bring to room but never received, towels were stained, staff was rude, had toenail clippings in bathroom on arrival, mold on ceiling. The outside was nice.

Workers are very nice people, clean and the food is just great.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Tiberias. A nice quiet hotel with an incredible view of the Sea of Galilee. Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean accommodations. Good buffet. My room had great views of the sea, so I was excited about that nice surprise. Wifi was spotty, which was unfortunate as I needed to get some work done. Otherwise an overall great experience.

This is very nice hotel. Breath taking view of the Sea of Galilee. Very quiet surroundings, you can sleep like a baby. The staffs are very hospitable; well cooked meals with a variety of selections. I recommend Golan hotel to all Pilgrimage including other visitors.

It was very good being in the hotel. Receive welcome and warm customer service. Great view of the scenery, overlooking the vast Sea of Galilee. Fair variety of food choices for meals for breakfast and dinner (absent for lunch). Hopefully there will be some balconies install in the future.

The rooms were nice and the view was spectacular, but the service wasn't so good and we got yelled at very rudely by one of the employees who managed the dinning room and we saw him yell at several other people.

Good hotel, them quarters are comfortable the service is very good and the breakfast is it best, the dinner not is wrong, and the view towards the sea of Tiberias a feast.
Has a dining room with good view and the attention is quite good. Yes I would return to stay here.

Nice hotel just make sure that you get a renovated room, breakfast just ok and dining room needs renivation.
