The hotel is 3 stars, near the sea. A cozy hotel with apartments, rooms are small, but all compact, cozy, clean, a small fish pond and green grounds.

Room was small and basic but hotel is a few feet from a public beach and a 5 minute walk from good Italian and Arabic restaurants. No elevator in hotel so you need to walk up stairs to access most of the rooms.

I stayed here It's an ok hotel if you're on your own of with your partner. Small, but very close to the beach. It's Clean and the staff if nice.

Nice place and big rooms with a great breakfast.

Perfect location and very good for family if you plan to spend time on the see.

Stay away from it. Room was small, barely fit in the shower, deluxe bed was really two mattresses put together and uncomfortable since you can feel the joint in the middle. Breakfast was really mediocre for $12 USD. Guy in the kitchen was only nice staff in the hotel. I made a reservation for 6 nights, change it to 2, got a receipt for 2 during check-in but found after returning to US that I was charged another 4 nights, 1 day after I left. Call them and didn't want to remove the charge even after acknowledging this.

I stayed at the Sea Plaza with my sister and her husband who was in need of special medical attention there at Ram Bam in Haifa. The location is Prime! Walking distance to hospital, port, restaurants etc… We were there at the hotel for over 3 weeks. The staff is more than pleasant except for one guy? A miscommunication regarding what 3 bedroom meant We were 3 in a room, they are small!
It’s a retro 1970 look it is kept clean. They are in desperate need of new bed comforters or blankets and the curtains, OMG! They we not fresh had holes in it, some reeked of cigarette smoke even though they were non smoking, but bed linens were clean and there were Absolutely NO BUGS of any kind which is important.
We were inconvenienced by a water leak, and had to pack up move for two days and move back, they should have offered us breakfasts at least for our inconvenience
They lost my sisters brand new dress in the laundry and did nothing to make up for it. I wish they had lounge chairs outside, instead of tiny little bistro chairs maybe a bbq grill they boast efficiency apts with no stove a tiny micro. A plug in water for tea pot but no tea/ sugar etc in the room. The place for breakfast us on the third floor at least no elevators. Pull the weeds out front plant a few more flowers add a few more flower pots with color around
This place seemed busy, there are only maybe two hotels in the immediate area the other one is BRAND new, beautiful and the owner is lovely.

The room is clean neat. Cleaning is daily. Everything you need to stay is there. The sea is within walking distance. The tour is available at the hotel. The area is quiet. If you want to live in peace and quiet, I recommend.

Nice little hotel, located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bat Galim very close to the local beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly.
We loved the breakfast there, there was a nice man who made pancakes, latkes and eggs to people's requests.
This is a place that will be nice to come back to, very friendly hotel and the price was very fair.

The hotel is located in a non touristic location. The proximity to the sea is the only advantage of its location. However, the sea is not available for bathing, only two tiny beaches, where the density of bathing is 10 or more people per 10 square meters. M. In the rest of the coast is protected from the surf blocks of stones. The hotel is not particularly friendly. Questions with money back for unused days with it is useless to solve. The price tag for the hotel, as well as for all other (products, gasoline) above the Spanish or Greek level, so choosing this place is something to think about.

Stay in a quiet, cozy place. Near the waterfront. On the seashore. Nearby there are cafes, bars, restaurants. Not far from the train station. I really enjoyed it. Next time, will definitely stay at this hotel. Delicious breakfast, very varied, and hearty. Comfortable room. Excellent service. Thanks to all the hotel employees. All the big greetings from me. I really liked the stay at the hotel. Near the sea, close to the Bahi garden and the German Colony. Amazing location, in the city center. My room was stunning, with with a pleasant and fun design. The service at the hotel, breakfast and cleaning service were excellent. Thanks to Sea Plaza!

The room is small and very dirty. It is possible to live without much pleasure.

This hotel is awful. It began with some small misunderstandings about the room type, the number of days and the price. But that can be forgiven. But the room itself was filled with awful smell of sewage from the toilet. The toilet itself was reeked from sewage. I asked the receptionists every few hours to the rooms, all of them has agreed that not only it's awful, it can't be fixed with some air purifier (every time they came with a can, and then retreated that it won't help). Even though we have complained at the moment we arrived, one receptionist had the nerve to insinuate that it might be from food that we brought (we haven't brought any). When we left, the receptionist told us that the manager will contact us. He hasn't. We have paid 840NIS and got 84NIS worth of stay. Stay away from this hotel.
