Rooms are compact and advanced, has a great dining hall.

Very good hotel for our needs: Easy to get rest, clean, good place near to city. Nice breakfast.

Excellent location, but… We are small group. Last year on March, we stayed in the same hotel, we were pleased, that's why we decided this year again to be there. We got a 5 rooms. But we have experienced a very rude behavior at the check out. We properly paid for the stay when we arrived (we have to paid), and on check out, reception stuff told us that there was an error at check in and that we should pay more. Even if it was a mistake, it was not our fault, it was the mistake of the staff, and in that case it was necessary the staff to pay their error. By the way, there was no mistake. They did not know how to explain what was wrong, and we almost delayed on the plane for staying at the reception. Because of delay we paid and leave hotel. Not any more!

The size of the room was correct and very well located. As far as housekeeping could be better and the breakfast could also be more complete. But the worst of all was the null soundproofing of the room, you would hear everything as if you were in the street: the music of the bar opposite, the people screaming, the cars whistling, the garbage truck… In short, we slept fatally little because of the noise. I won't repeat.

All the staff are very polite and ready to help you. I had face a problem with my reservation and they handle quickly as possible and solved!

Very noisy, poorly insulated, small rooms, better cleaning and a terrible coffee at breakfast. The good thing is they have free parking, the front desk staff is very friendly and there is fresh fruit for breakfast.

Modern furnishings and not monotonous, poorly odet old furnishings. Some rooms a little small and so far I do not have rooms with separate beds or multiple beds. Buffet is very good and there are also fruits and vegetables in relatively good selection. On the 6th floor there is a rooftop terrace. The view, however, is now not wansenig unique. The staff is nice and in the lobby there are soups that you can take all day. The only thing is the bathroom in some places does not have the highest cleanliness standard. But the rooms are thoroughly cleaned on departure but even if the guests are present one or the other place will be forgotten by the cleaning staff. But by and large for the price it affects me very well. Who makes very high demands and likes to criticize something and much Mekkert the söllte to look for something else. And in my opinion one söllte also to be satisfied with what one had and appreciate it sometimes. It was and is a pleasant stay hir and I thank you for it.

The Eyal Hotel has exceeded my expectations, Its a great place for you to stay if you are visiting Jerusalem, though it's still far from being perfect, It provided everything that I needed. The breakfast was GREAT, the location was PERFECT, the rooms were small but cozy and clean. I will look forward to staying there again.

People in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room cleaning was sporadic. Be mindful that if you want to sleep early, some rooms face a very busy area in Jerusalem that will be loud until midnight most days if the week at least during summer.

Staff is very nice and helpful if you have any questions. Free Wi-Fi which is a plus and the rooms are clean. Thank you for not having a leaking shower.

Big disappointment. For 250 Euro per night, the staff should be more friendly and smiley. The reception clerk made a mistake gave us small and dark room instead of Junior suite we payed for. The reception manager, not shaved and no uniform, shout to me when I complained and showed him his mistake. When he changed the room, he throw it to me with no apologize or sorry. The lobby small and dirty. When I called the company reservation manager she promised to call me back next morning. I am still waiting. She sent us bottle of wine we don't drink. The room and restaurant cleaning is not perfect. Lot of dust and remaining from the previous guests. As a tour guide I feel shame to have this kind of hospitality in Jerusalem ans Israel, with this price.

Uncomfortable bed, aircon that did not work, small room and to top it off appalling service both on check in yesterday and check out today 2/04/16 glad we only stayed one night. This hotel brings shame to this beautiful city!

Nice hotel in the center of Jerusalem. Clean rooms, good Breakfast. Old town 15 minute walk. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Great location, high quality, great service.

Good central location near the Jaffa road, so lots of bars and restaurants nearby, yet still an easy walk to the Old City. The staff were very helpful, Zev especially, who went above and beyond to help sort out an issue that was not the hotel's responsibility.

Great hotel. It is located in the center of town with great accessibility to all main attractions of the city center. The hotel rooms are clean and the dinner was good for a 4 stars hotel. Plus, they have a very nice view from the roof.
