Unpleasant outside hides some nice spacious suites. Clean and courteous service. Beware of smoking neighbors, despite it being non-smoking, and other strong cooking smells as some make full use of the kitchen. Suites are not adequately sealed and management should address this.

This hotel is completely unassuming and confused us at first when we arrived outside! Make note, it’s actually on the 21st Floor (duh) of a multi-use building! The hotel does send good information as well as a photo of the outside in the confirmation once you book so that helps. It boasts great views and I love that it’s a suite so it has a small kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and a master with a queen and a smaller room with twins. They also have a pull out sofa if needed. In fact, you’re within walking distance (about 10 mins) to the Jerusalem open air market and you can buy breads, fruits, meats etc to bring back to snack on which is great if you’re looking for more casual and low key options. The hospitality is great! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. I am glad we stayed here, it had the benefits of a hotel but the feel of an Airbnb which is the best of both worlds!

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Jerusalem. All of the rooms have an amazing view of the city from the top of the buidling. The rooms are very beautifully decorated and each one of them consists on two floors: a living room and a smal kitchen on the lower one and a bedroom and a bathroom on the top one. The price is a little high and this is why this place gets only 4 stars. Other than that everything is great.

The rooms are clean. + There is a kitchen in the room, two TVs, downstairs kitchen and lounge, upstairs a bedroom with a combined bath and toilet. — Hot water quickly ends, washed wishing to lie in the bathroom will not be very, TVs some do not work, restaurants for breakfast of three Dajutsja vouchers for two, one of which is generally a diner location. In my opinion does not match, price and quality, Wi-Fi is slow.

מלון הקומה ה21 מפואר ביותר. המלון הוא הקומה ה21 בלבד, כלומר בטופ של אחד המגדלים הגבוהים והמוכרים בבירה, וממוקם בקודקוד של ה"משולש" הירושלמי (צילמתי אפילו תמונה של המשולש המסותת) שמהווים הרחובות בן יהודה/קינג ג'ורג'/יפו, מקום מאוד מרכזי. איך שמגיעים לקומה ה21 נכנסים למסדרון המעוצב בטוב טעם, אנשי הצוות אדיבים ונחמדים. ישנה עגלה עם קפסולות קפה וכמו כן עמדת תה מחוץ לחדרים, הממוקמים ליד פקידי הקבלה. יש גם מכונת קפה מקצועית בעמדת התה. החדרים מדהימים ועולים על כל ציפייה ודמיון, לא תקבלו תמורה כזאת עבור המחיר הזה בשום מקום. מקבלים בכניסה לחדר המלון שוקולד איכותי ואפילו צירפתי תמונה שלו. התלוננתי על כמה דברים קטנים בחדר וישר רצו לתקן אותם. בעיניי חבל להתארח במקום אחר, מאחר ומדובר בחדר עם שני מפלסים, מפלס הסלון והמטבח ומפלס חדרי השינה. מפואר בקומה גבוהה מאוד.

Great location. New furnishings. Inexpensive for what you are getting. No amenities. Building is old and mixed use.

Great apartment style hotel. It does have dishes and cook ware not too many. Pictures I took are just like pictures they have online already. Be careful with the hot water intake for the room. The hotel isn’t very safe for small children and elderly because the glass hand rails aren’t very strong, more for show. One room upstairs had 2 twin beds, second bedroom master has queen bed, the couch downstairs was also pullout bed. Plenty of room to sleep.

The dirtiest hotel ever: dust, stains everywhere — including the bath —, pubic hair, hair on the floor; poor management of equipment: broken toilets, broken mirror, broken telescope (why bother having one if unusable? ), accessible electric cables to kids, 2 nespresso doses for 6 people … if staff girls are nice, the manager has clearly no hospitality training and does noy know how to manage this place. I am very very surprised by other guests comments and strongly advise you to go somewhere else — the poor condition is not made up by the view.

The apartment hotel, with panoramic space over all of Jerusalem, is very beautiful, I recommend.

We enjoyed staying here especially because of the location — and they have a friendly and helpful staff — only problem was they do not clean on Saturdays and we were not aware of this — and the apt is not equipped to clean it ourselves! The hallway was filthy on Sunday — this part we really did not enjoy — everything else is good bale for your money — the restaurants they are associated with for breakfast are absolutely wonderful.

I didn't stay there, just visited someone who did, so I can't speak to the value. But the apartments are modern and neat, and the view is very impressive.

From the welcoming email that I received from Mr. Eyal Shragay, I never thought that the check-in procedure would be so amateur at a hotel so well evaluated at Booking and Tripadvisor. I'm feeling like I've been fooled. We arrived around 6pm and there was NO ONE to host us. We called several times to several different phones (note that we had to make international calls), but still we waited for almost half an hour to be checked in by someone who does not even work for you. There was an elder lady with us and the waiting time without any expectation of being checked in was really uncomfortable. When we got to the room, the bed arrangement was not what we asked for. We are four persons and the room is supposedly for five. Veronica replied to one of my emails saying that the bed arrangement was confirmed. Nevertheless, there were only the two beds upstairs and a sofa bed. The man who "hosted us" brought another mattress (not a very good one) and we ourselves had to get towels from the hall. They should not call themselves a hotel, if they provide such self serving service. This is really misleading and almost dishonest, because the prices they charge lead us to think that we would be provided better service. Also, all the noise that can be heard from the hall and the other rooms is really unpleasant.

Location is probably the best advantage. Close to all central areas. The room was spacious and clean. Practical and convenient. The hotel itself is in a building, elevators and entrance do not make you feel like you have arrived to a vacation. Breakfast is buffet in the reception office (a bit awkward) and no clerk overnights.
