Management at the front desk seems to be in a perpetual state of confusion: it takes them ages to check anyone in. The rooms were not ready when they sent us to them, which seems unreasonable considering we let them know at what time we plan on checking in. Although the location is beautiful, the people who run the place really dampen the experience. To make matters worse, they took our money and ignored important parts of our reservation. We reserved a connected room and they completely ignored that, although the reservation was made MONTHS in advance and any respectable institution could have arranged for that. Additionally, we ordered three suites (again, MONTHS in advance) and the intelligent workers at this hotels gave us two suites and a small room. Not only are they incapable of adhering to patrons requests, they are thrives who took our money for three suites and provided only two. Hopefully they'll get it together before they scare away more patrons.
Rooms are brand new. Breakfast tired. Nobody smiles. I mean it doesn’t cost money to smile and say hello or good morning. Such a miserable place. What costs more money? That’s right… having things STOLEN out of our room by cleaning staff on 3 separate occasions. We put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door and they still came in and took things. On the final night I was stupid enough to leave my wallet in the room safe. The day after we got home l telephoned the hotel and they said it wasn’t there. I Have heard NOTHING since having written an email over 2 weeks ago, so I’m guessing that is that. Two russian boys that were ‘cleaning’ took the first things from our room. We told one lady member of staff who told us that it would be surprising as they are searched after their shift. I told another member of staff who said he wouldn’t be surprised. We didn’t see them after that one day. It’s not a place set up for Europeans coming for a vacation. Don’t advertise having an outdoor pool when you only have use of it 2 days a week. And then to be charged to sit on a chair on the beach. Words fail me.

Beware of this place. Dirty rooms smelling like smoke for 272€, no option to change and of course no (partial) refund. And the 300 Shekel are just for hold? Better check again: they deducted it and it isn’t returned also days after. Calling the customer service: they got rude and called me derogatively “darling”, as I don’t know how to read my credit card statement. We were treated horribly and the trying to explain what happened to the management — they could not have care less. Guys, better sleep on the beach!
