Wonderful spacious rooms with grand balconies containing amazing views. The food in the dining room is fantastic. Wish we were still there.

We give them a B-, C at best.
Lack of professionalism everywhere (Especially the front desk! ), Mess left forever by the pool, had to wait for pool towels, elevators take practically 5-7min waiting each time!, no dinner in hotel (cause not enough ppl said they’d eat in! ), breakfast food Mamash only subpar, rooms advertised much larger & fancier then they are in real life, AC in room not great…

Fabulous experience for 2nd time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are great although lacks reception and common areas of a standard hotel.

A great place to stay with your family.

I started at the 14th level. There was a magnificent view of the city and coast from the spacious veranda. I slept outside that night and it felt amazing.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the view from our balcony. The room was dirty! The wall outlet was falling apart! The safe was broken and eventually we were given a key to make it work. The lock on our door did not work and would not stay closed. This was eventually fixed as was the outlet, but we had the maintenance mechanic in and out of our room 7 times before these issues were resolved The room was not made until after 8pm and I had had a fit! Our names where not on the breakfast list even though we had prepaid. The FREE Wi-Fi was non existent!

Good location, spacious rooms, good breakfast.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The hotel reception is NEVER available, and even if they do decide to answer the phone, they won't be able to provide simple requests as water to your room as room service does not exist in this hotel. They do not know how to treat their customers!

Good place for roller skating, biking and other wheelchairs for children and halflings… And the view is great on the sea!

I went there last summer and what we encountered was a disgusting room. We checked in and went inside the room, only to find splotches of a red substance on the floor and hair on the bed. Then, they moved us to a two-floor suite, and we found some scratches on the stairs. If they had better housekeeping, it would have been better. My family went to stay at the King David Tower (beatuiful! )

The hotel has clear signs of use. The price was excellent but the suites were very nice and large.

The hotel is beautiful. Every suite is big, modern and with a panoramic sight, specially in higher floors. There are some disadvantages that make it not a 5-star. For example: — My room didn't have two bathrooms. The only bathroom was accessible just from the main room. That implies that, who sleeps in the other room, can't take a pee at night without bothering the people who sleep in the main one. — 29 floors and only three elevators. Every time I went to my room (floor 24), I had to spend at least 5 minutes on an elevator, with almost 10 people, all sweaty and hot (as the elevators' AC's don't work).

Great location but lousy service. I rented a 2 bdrm and arrived late at night after a very long flight. I went to my room and didn't see a 2nd bdrm and thought I had erred about renting a second bedroom. In the morning, I saw a door just behind the room's entry door, which was locked. I wasn't sure if it was the 2nd bedroom or a room unrelated to my room. I inquired at the front desk who told me I should have known to call to ask them to unlock the door! I didn't even see it until the morning and besides, if you rent a 2 bedroom, both rooms should be accessible. My son slept on the couch that first night. No one in management gave me a discount though I asked repeatedly for some kind of refund. Stupidly, I gave them a second chance a few nights later. I rented a one bedroom. The couch was filthy but I had disposable wipes. Big problem was with internet. It didn't work, then it did and then it stopped completely. I spent three hours trying to get them to actually look into it. When they finally agreed it was broken, they said they'd move me to another room. I asked them to check other rooms on my floor but they said no one else was on my floor. Then they found a room on my floor to move me to only to come back to say the internet there was spotty. Unreal. They finally moved me to a totally different floor… 3 hours later! No compensation, just apologies.

Beautiful place, exceptional service, the food was out of this world! Would recommend this place 100 times over any other place! It's like your in your own private island, simply incredible!

נסעתי עם משפחתי למלון למשך שני לילות, בשני הימים שישי ושבת בבוקר ילד חירבן בברכה ביום שישי מכיון שהבריכה היתה שעה ליפני סגירה סגרו אותה וביום שבת בגלל שזה היה בבוקר לא סגרו את הבריכה ואנחנו נאלצנו להעביר את שאר השבת בחדר
חבל שאין אופציה רק ללינה בלי ארוחות בכלל מי שלא אוכל חלב אין לא מה לחפש בחדר אוכל בנוסף ביום שישי בבוקר חלק מהדברים היו מקולקלים חדר האוכל בלי חלונות, מחניק, חדר האוכל ממוקם במרתף ובנוסף לכל זה הם עוד חושבים שצריך שומר!
חדרים מרווחים, נקיים ועם כל השירות שחדר צריך לקבל המיזרונים במיטת ספה על הפנים ללא עובי וכאשר יושנים עליהם קמים בבוקר עם חורים בגב
ובנוסף למה שהלך בבריכה שמו שומר על המגבות
ובעיניין החדרים אני חושב שמשפחה שמגיעה זוג+3 יכולים לישון בחדר של ארבעה
בנוסף בצאת השבת רק לאחר כמעט שעה ניתקו את מעלית השבת דבר שיצר לחץ בכל הקומות והמתנה של כשעה למעלית

I went with my family to the hotel for two nights, on both Fridays and Saturday morning. A child got scared on Friday because the pool was an hour. The Japanese closed it and on Saturday because it did not close the pool in the morning and we had to move the rest of the Shabbat in the room
It is a pity that there is no option only for a person without meals. Anyone who does not eat milk has nothing to look for in a dining room. In addition to Friday morning, some of the things were spoiled. The dining room without windows is suffocating. The dining room is located in the basement.

Nice place but definitely not Luxurious. But views are really great.

Good but overpriced (but what isn't overpriced in Israel these days? …). Located a bit far from the center of Netanya where the action is (20 minutes' brisk walk from Independence Square) — so there's always a temptation to use just the hotel's facilities (including restaurants, mini-market/convenience store at the promenade etc. ). All these are also overpriced in my opinion.

They lied, saying there was dinner for friday night but when we arrived, there was none. Smell of seweage in the underground parking and in the corridor just outside the rooms. A lot of missing things you'd normally find in such an expensive 'hotel' which we had to self-cater for the most part. Very cheap and basic breakfast. Towels didn't arrive on time at the pool.

A big surprise. Had a package for our sports team and we were assigned this hotel in Natanya. I was expecting a hole in the wall. Nothing doing. It was great. OK its not the Ritz, but natanya is an up and coming tourist city and this hotel has all the basics one needs to enjoy themselves. The suites (only suites in the hotel I think) are large and have 1-1/2 baths, a nice touch. Kitchenette (fridge and microwave) is adequate. Bathroom is very nice, but the sliding doors give access either to the closet or to the bathroom. Not like I would have done it. Just below the hotel is a plaza with several reasonable restaurants and a view of the beach. Nice pool too. This is a better deal than you might expect. Priced right as well.
