A wonderful place and an excellent location if headed to the ring of Kerry from Dublin, We planned a stop at The Rock of Cashel and Shadowvale is just a short 20 minute drive from there. The accommodations are excellent and comfy. Teresa, was a wonderful host and made a tasty breakfast! We’ll def come back in the future! Highly recommended! And the dogs were an added bonus! Be careful not to let them in the house. They have a cozy shed out back if you’re worried about them.

We had such a lovely stay at Shadowvale! The place was beautiful and the rooms were spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic — so much choice and everything cooked perfectly. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t have been more helpful.
It’s a gorgeous spot and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend and look forward to going back again!

We stayed with Theresa for a wedding in nearby Kilshane House. The house is lovely, comfortable and so homely. We felt so welcomed there. Theresa was an excellent host who went above and beyond. Beautiful location in the Aherlow Valley. We will be back if we’re ever down in Tipperary again!

The room was wonderful, clean with mountain view. Gorgeous building and it only gets breathtaking when you walk in. Highly quality rooms and high-speed quality service. The owners were amazing and went beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Shadowvale B&B for anyone visiting. I will always stay at this location when travelling to.

What a lovely one night stay on our tour of Ireland. The hosts were warm and friendly and the room was beautiful. Tea coffee biscuits and milk in the room were appreciated. There was even an ironing board in the wardrobe! The bed was super comfy and there were nice thick towels on the bed for us. The breakfast was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for Teresa and her husband. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast! Thanks for a lovely stay!

A very comfortable, clean and beautiful home. Theresa was so welcoming and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed and hope to return. I also especially liked the location. A true gateway to all the walks and hiking that Tipperary and the Galtee mountains have to offer.

This is the cleanest and most charming in all of Ireland. The hostess was so warm and kind. Their two dogs greeted us when we drove up, which was delightful. The towels were extremely plush. Not a speck of dust anywhere. I could go barefoot the floors were so clean. I will stay here again next time I come over to Ireland and will recommend this place to anyone I know that is visiting.
