Very clean. Spacious rooms. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Lots of hot water. Good breakfast.

We loved our stay at Brookhaven B&B. Our room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with plenty of choice. The host was super friendly. Brookhaven is a 2 minute drive from waterville, probably not a long walk in but there is no footpath. We would most definitely recommend a stay here.

Superfriendly owners that take care of their guests in the best possible kind of way. A friend of ours got her ankle hurt and the owners helped us in so many ways to give her comfort. Breakfast is extremely delicious: especially the home-made omlette and fresh pancakes. Furniture and everything else is very clean and new — still everything is held very Irish and cosy. Very close to Waterville beach where you can have a very nice sunset view and have a lot of good restaurant choices. Valentia island and Derrynane beach (white sand beach) each are in 20-30 mins driving distance. Waterville by the way seems to be the only village along the Ring of Kerry that is at the coast.

Fantastic host, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and delicious breakfast. Do stay here if you’re planing on being in the area, weither for days or just a night!

Mary and family really make you feel welcome. Overall a lovely stay!

If you’re looking for a more personal touch and a warm homely place to stay then definitely book with Mary at Brookhaven House. Rooms were so spacious and the bed was huge! Best sleep we’ve had on our trip. And the breakfast was to die for! We were notified last minute that our trip the next morning was brought forward and Mary was so obliging having breakfast for us very early in the morning so we would be full before we set out for the day! Thanks again Mary!

Absolutely lovely place — the hosts, the room, breakfast, the location, everything! Would absolutely stay again, we are already regretting staying only a night this time around.

Room was updated and very clean. The host was excellent as was the breakfast. Definitely recommend this spot if you plan on staying deep in the ring of Kerry.

Mary was a wonderful host. We stayed with our 16 month old and had a lovely, spacious room. Breakfast each morning was good and we enjoyed chatting with John in the evening. Mary even helped us with a last minute request for babysitting. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

We stayed here as a family of four on a very wet and rainy day/night. We were slightly late for check in but we were warmly welcomed by Mary, who showed us around and offered us coffee/tea/dinner recommendations. We stayed in room 6 on the ground floor and it was very spacious with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. There was ample space for our luggage and to walk around the room. The room is en suite with toilet facilities and clean towels. We also managed to have a short chat with John and Karen the following morning. Thankfully we were advised that the route anticlockwise on the Ring of Kerry was flooded and closed and hence we were able to make alternative plans. The breakfast prepared for us was really yummy. We had an ala Carte option accompanied by a buffet spread of fresh fruits and cereal. Wi-Fi signal is strong, and parking is available. In all, we enjoyed our short but cosy stay here and would recommend it to others too.  

A lovely little place right in the "Ring of Kerry". It's professionally run, which isn't a bad thing, per sé. Don't expect a "family atmosphere" though. The Rooms are big, bright and most importantly clean. If you "do the Ring" (a phrase I just invented but I'm sure will catch on) give it a go… Who are you to question Charlie Chaplin? (a reference to Charlie Chaplin who stayed in Waterville. Meaning that if you are on the fence whether or not to come to Waterville… Charlie did, so you shouldn't even have to think twice ;-)

We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect, our hosts, made us feel very welcome. We had very clean spacious rooms with plenty of towels, toiletries, comfortable beds and fine freshly prepared breakfasts the following morning, all presented in a very friendly, homely manner.

Wonderful B&B. Clean rooms and very well kept. Fun family who were very helpful in giving us information about the local area and were very hospitable when we got stuck in one evening during a spring storm. Waterville is also a beautiful little village that is just around the corn and nice to walk around.

We spent the Easter Weekend in this lovely B and B. It is a 4* experience, very comfortable, nothing is too much trouble for Mary and her team to make your stay special. The Breakfast menu is the best yet. So much to do in this magical part of Kerry — in fact you can be as busy or laid back as the mood takes you. Watch the waves, visit the Chocolate Factory, or a white knuckle drive round the bays, then back to the Brookhaven for a great sleep in absolute luxury. We will be back as soon as we can.
