This was a really nice place to visit. Well worth the trip down the narrow roads. It was a wet day when we visited but we took an umbrella and braved the elements☔. The sky walk bridge was brilliant & the dinosaurs were amazing. The brain behind these gardens has a brilliant imagination. From the photos we took it looks like a tropical country we were in. The overflow carpark was under construction the day we were here so it was a bit messy. A very enjoyable day here. The cafe was good also. Price was very reasonable.

I would recommend this beautiful Kells Bay House+Gardens. It has beautiful route walks where you be given a guide map to follow the routes. It also have bridge rope to walk along if you are brave enough to walk along it. There are wooden trees made with different dinars ours, its really beautiful. Must visit waterfall too, it is fab. They have lovely cafe+restaurant. I would recommend this place for fun+a laugh too.

We didn't stay here we just walked through the amazing gardens and had a little picnic beside the coffee shop. Would definitely go again. The rope bridge is fun too!

My wife and I spent the last 6 days touring Ireland for our honeymoon at our own leisure and this place was hands down the most stunning. The view of the bay, the mountains, the gardens and the waterfalls. The drive down was just as amazing as this bed and breakfast. This was also the first time either of us have stayed at a bed and breakfast. On that note the only downside is having exterior bathrooms and being locked in at night. Other than that we have absolutely nothing bad to say about this spectacular home.

This place is so magical. A true beauty of a place. 1 hours is enough but Id definitely recommend coming on a sunny day to get the most out of it. The bridge is really cool, perfect for anyone.

Our kids particularly loved the rope bridge and said if we ever do the Ring of Kerry again this is the one place we MUST cover back to!

What a wonderful place. We were looking for a last minute getaway and we were so lucky to have found this place. We were able to get a family suite for the 4 of us. Comfortable beds and cozy living room with kitchen. Very spacious for us. The views were amazing whether it was of the bay or the gardens and waterfall. Great trails which you can get a good workout or just a leisurely walk. They have a Thai restaurant that serves lovely dishes that are freshly prepared. Definitely a treat. Breakfast was made to order as well for 12 Euro which is a great value.

Very great garden. The best part is the suspension bridge. You can take tasty Snaks and Drinks. Recommended.

It was ok, maybe because not everything blooms yet, the suspension bridge was cool and also the wooden sculptures were great. Nevertheless, I would not necessarily visit the garden again.

Pretty small lovely place. Less than an hour walk throughout the whole place. Well maintained. Not too cheap. Personally I wouldn't be going there second time. But the children loved rope bridge and wooden dynosauruses.

What a fun place to stay! We loved everything about it! The gounds are great fun to walk and the views are stunning. They were kind enough to upgrade us to a room that overlooked the bay and we loved having dinner with them. Only about a 30 minute drive to The Kerry Cliffs which is a must! Beautiful walk in the garden, kids had loads of fun crossing the rope bridge and exploring the whole area. The Dino's are a treat to watch.

The drive here alone is simply incredible, the views are just stunning. Would be amazing to visit at night time as the area is in the dark sky reserve I believe. Kells bay then is brilliant, a lot of work has gone into maintaining the place and it shows. The rope bridge wasn't that scary really but if enough people are on it, can feel like it's ready to snap. The dinosaur woodwork is also really cool. I will be coming back to the area next year.

We went to Kells Bay house to visit the gardens. It was quite a blustery day but we still enjoyed our walk through the grounds. We had a coffee in the little cafe at the front of the house which was very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only thing I found slightly strange was the unisex toilets at the back of the house. While it didn't bother me to use unisex toilets it wasn't obviously signed posted and I can see how it would confuse some customers.

One of the best places you will find on earth … Amazing garden walk which is great with kids as well. We went with a 4 and 5 year old who loved the hike and the great sculptures made of wood like dinasours and other cool things. The Thai food is perfectly authentic and hosts are very kind. You must, must come here.

Beautiful gardens. It's like being in a different country without leaving the island. Child friendly walk, lots of interesting plants and timber sculptures. The Thai restaurant could do with a deep clean though.

The place is expectacular and the food is delicious. It is advisable to book.

Recently visited the gardens and Wow! We loved it! Our little Boys (and inner big kids) had a fantastic time finding the Dinosaurs. They loved the rope bridge. Will definitely be recommending and returning! We had dinner in the Thai Restaurant and it was delicious. Fresh and tasty just wish we had ordered a few more items. One down point was parking but it looks like they are extending it.

Beautiful and super well maintained. Love the rope bridge. The photos don't do justice to the place. I thought it was a small garden but boy was I wrong. Nice big garden with a well thought of route and a lovely little cafe. Worth a stop.

The room was large and comfortable in a gorgeous Victorian house. We loved walking through the stunning gardens and enjoyed a delicious Thai meal overlooking Dingle Bay. This is a real treat and should not be missed. It's like a little slice of the tropics on the Irish coast.

5 stars alone for the Ferns.

Man feels like in another world.

Superb room. Very romantic. Beautiful location with nice views. There is a very special garden there that is worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. It's somewhat tropical and on a warm day it gives you the impression to be in the Ireland jungle. An artist sculpts dinosaurs from the fallen trees. These blend in well with the rest of the garden. This makes it a nice spot for children too.

Gorgeous gardens, with about two hours of walking trails. Feels very much like New Zealand in the gardens.

Didn't stay. But visited gardens with our family of young kids. Weather was super. Dinosaur carvings in tree stumps were unique and a big hit with kids. Nice trails to wander aroumd the gardens, which were well maintaines. Had great coffee after in cafe. Would recommend.

Stunning place, fabulous service, great food and the gardens are really impressive. I can't wait to go back.

This is the best B&B we have ever stayed in. We stayed here in May 2015. The room was really well presented, the sea view was beautiful & the bed so comfy. The gardens are just magical! Felt so relaxed during our stay. It just wasn't long enough, so we will be going back for longer this year.

My favorite Oasis in Kerry! Kells Bay House is a great venue for a family break, it is the epitome of rest and relaxation. The magnificent carved wooden Dinosaurs lurking amidst the trees have to be seen to be believed. Excellent food in the restaurant. Very comfortable accommodation. 5 stars all the way.

I recently stayed in this wonder place. It is an oasis of calm away from the rest of the world. Spotlessly clean bedroom, warm and friendly welcome, excellent food. Well worth a visit.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 3 night stay in this wonderful house in January 2015 and I can imagine what it would be like in Spring, Summer or Autumn. The host and staff were very welcoming and the accommodation was superb. We dined in their Thai restaurant which was top notch and very reasonably priced for the quality provided. As a keen amateur photographer I had lots to keep me busy both in the gardens and the general area, even in the depths of winter. Highly recommended.

The apartments have an old English country-house charm (with the exception of a cheap, broken chest of drawers). With the right apartment there is also a stunning Block on the Kells Bay. The view over to cycads and other exotic plants. Water in the apartment could be present — the nearest supermarket is 15 minutes away. The garden is a madness — when you walk (or hike), you will feel not rare like in the jungle.

The perfect place for a quiet getaway. A beautiful and wonderfully comfortable house nestled away in the depths of nature. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable, merging the classic old style with a contemporary feel. Our room had a great view out over the treetops across to Dingle Bay. The grounds are absolutely amazing. Stroll in the deep green and enjoy the fantastic wooden sculptures. My favourite was the reclining chair carved into the tree truck which spans the river far below, and where I can't wait to get back to and lie reading a book listening to the water flowing on a warm spring or summer day. I didn't try the Thai cuisine this visit, but I hear it's fab, and I'm really looking forward to getting back there in April, spending a day wandering the gardens/ strolling down to the beach 5 mins walk away, and then coming back for a Thai feast and an evening reading by a blazing fire! If you're looking for silence and a complete switch off in luxury. This is definitely the place to go.

My wife and I moved to Kerry from Dublin last year, we have two boys and two dogs. We usually stay in Ireland for holidays. We booked into Kells Bay House in mid-July this year. Had not been to Kells previously. The gardens are fabulous, a real wonder and the kids loved it. The scenery is breath-taking there. The food and hospitality was top class. Felt very relaxed and welcomed there. The Dingle Bay suite really is great and can easily accommodate more than four. It is a little secret Narnia Land there so we will be going back for sure before the season closes. There is so much History there as well. One evening, we took a 10 minute relaxing stroll from Kells Bay House to the Kells Bay beach and pier. Parents and kids were in heaven there. Time stands still in that part of the world and you get the chance to appreciate time along with the undisturbed beauty of S W Kerry. We then travelled on to Valentia and Portmagee to wrap up a fabulous and magnificent experience of what S W Kerry really has to offer. It is not cheap but it is very reasonable and excellent value. Like I said a return trip is on the cards to relive that experience once again before School beckons.

An amazing experience. Driven by passion and expertise, the gardens are exquisite. The hospitality second to none. Beautiful accommodation and truly fabulous food. Go now, you will not be disappointed.
