From Kenmare, take the N70/Ring of Kerry/Sneem Road. Continue for about 12 km to Blackwater Bridge. Do not go over Blackwater Bridge, take the slip road to the right. Continue for 4 km until you get to the Blackwater Tavern shop/pub. Stone Cottage is next door.
From Killarney, take the N71/Ring of Kerry/Muckross Road. Continue for about 22 km. At Avoca Molls Gap turn right onto the R568 road. Continue for 9.6 km, turn left at crossroads where there will be a sign for the Blackwater Tavern shop/pub. Continue for 1.2 km. Stone Cottage is next door to the Blackwater Tavern.
