Wow I loved this place.
Host very nice and friendly.
Helpful nothing was too much.
Came with my dog and was very much welcomed.
Some places I stayed didn’t really like dogs but here they do.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.
In all the places I’ve stayed on my trip this was the one of the nicest and best value.
Not far from the town and had parking.
Thanks for a lovely stay x.

Stayed a night due to work commitment. The room was great and breakfast delicious. Love the hats on display (very creative)

Nice B&B. Central location, parking lots, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly host happy to chat and help with good recommendations how to explore the area. Very good breakfast served here as well. Recommended.

Beautifully decorated self catering apartment. Lovely welcoming host, and pet friendly. There is an outside area that our little pets could sniff, and chill out. The apartment is very convenient to Listowel Town. Spotlessly clean, and so cozy on a January evening.

Aoife's B&B is the reason to stay in guesthouses rather than hotels. Right next to town. Perfect for concerts at Mike the Pies and for the races. Spotless rooms, homely and Aoife is great craic. Lovely family home so you get all the tips for everything thats happening locally too. Back soon!

5 STARS.
Aoife and Liam are incredible hosts.
The rooms are spotless, the beds are so comfortable, the breakfast is sensational. Aoife completely spoiled us! We've already booked a number of dates in June and I guarantee we will find yet another excuse to book further dates! Clara Dermot Seán & Clare! Thank YOU.

Excellent from start to finish! Aoife was an amazing host, so accommodating and kind. She really went above and beyond for myself and my partner at every chance. The house is beautiful, such a wonderful and comfortable nights sleep, and the breakfast really exceeded expectations! Fantastic quality, I could not fault this b&b if I tried! Location is excellent; I would have happily stayed in the b&b all night if I could have, wonderfully warm and inviting and homely. Looking forward to our next stay! 11/10

This is such a great place to stay. The location is great, away from busy roads but close enough to easily walk into the beautiful little town of Listowel. It's only about a 15-minute drive to the coast and it's dog-friendly, so what's not to like. Aoife is the perfect hostess and a wonderful cook to boot. We should have stayed for another night but our trip was too tightly planned.

We booked a double room in this b&b purely because of it's stone's-throw vicinity to Mike the Pies and other local restaurants/pubs, little did we realise this b&b would be so lovely we didn't want to leave! We were incredibly satisfied and delighted with this b&b, the photos do not do it justice. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL, it is designed with exquisite antique furnishings + beautiful artwork, luxurious clean linens on the beds and the bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home! Breakfast was a hearty full Irish with options of different cereals granola and fresh fruit, we even got freshly made buns on the side. The owner is wonderfully kind and helpful, she made the entire experience all the more warm and inviting. All around it was a 10/10 experience, I already have my next stay here booked for a few weeks time. Could not fault it; definitely stay here if you are considering visiting Listowel.
