Great central location, brilliant place to stay of you fancy few drinks. Bar and nightclub downstairs very helpful night porter.

Room grand. Bed very comfortable. But. Whole hotel. Could really do with an update I'm told hotel is being given revamp after summer. Which is great to hear. Centeral location. Staff friendly.

It's okay for a night out.

On arrival staff was excellent. Mix up with room as the 1 we were given was still in a mess. But girl was very apologetic and gave us another 1. She did pre warn us that it was night club night and it was very noisy. Room it self was quiet If the hotel management would only up date the hotel and rooms as they are very out dated but clean and put triple glazz windows in the hotel.

Noisy even past midnight. No respect for clients’ sleep.

Perfect location with friendly staff.

Possible the best pint ever food is so good staff keep you in craigh.

Have stayed here on a number of occasions for stag parties. Staff friendly and helpful, never any issues here really. Well located, plenty pubs nearby!

Room was nice enough alto the need was a bit small for myself could do with Wi-Fi in the rooms and not just the reception.

Had one of the worst nights out ever on new year's eve. The security team of the queens are a law to themselves, some of the most ignorant people I have ever met, will not be coming back anytime soon.!

Just had my sisters hen here at the weekend. I really cannot compliment the hotel enough. The staff were just absolutely amazing from Jamie the bar man to Caroline at reception. The manager on duty was also amazing. Nothing was a problem & anything I requested I got with a smile. Well done to all the staff working on Saturday/Saturday night.

The first night was a nightmare the noise from the yolo bar across the street was crazy kept me awake most of the night with the music and shouting for a sunday night other than that the staff were lovly.

€15 Euro for teen disco is a rip off.

Booked a stag weekend in Ennis and stayed in Hotel, got a special deal that included dinner and nightclub entry for all on stag, I couldn't have expected anymore from the Hotel, very clean, central location, staff very friendly and looked after us extremely well. 10/10 all round. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I never had a hotel which was that dirty, smelling and loud. The only good thing is the staff is friendly. We waited 30mins for warm water evertime we want to take a shower. It was the worsest night of my life… : (
